Excellent location, excellent rooms and lovely staff
Pros:

Excellent location - couldn’t be better. Loads of facilities for children and adults (games room, play rooms, playground, outdoor space) and many restaurants etc right downstairs. Rooms very comfortable and spacious for the price. Not super modern, but very clean and functional with absolutely everything you need. Hotel area very pleasant. Staff very friendly. Would definitely book again next time in Shanghai.

Other than the No Lacrosse free milk it’s gr. Staff are very friendly and professional.
Pros:

Location is good. If have lactose free milk will be great.

Cons:

It will be better if has lactose free milk for coffee instead of fake milk eg oat milk as oat milk is only have very small amount of oak and other ingredients is unhealthy. And not taste good for coffee anyway.

2 choices of restaurants right downstair, good quality for both. Was hoping to have more choices in the future. Very centrally located with well maintained facilities. daily cleaning crew was a bonus. will return again.

Pros:

Great location. JingAn is a premium suburb, lovely shopping centres nearby. There is a good supermarket in the basement of apartment complex making self catering easy. You are within 5 mins walk of 2 metro stations.

Cons:

No bad feedback, it was a great experience.

我为这次入住付了二次住宿费，第一次在3/19/26 入住当天，用美元付款，总计费用为人民币16668.67, 因为我按了用美元支付折合美元为美元$2526.84，（前台没介䆁用美元和用人民币支付的区别）后来（在3/21/2026）我发现，商城应用的美元折合人民币的汇率祘下来很低是1:6.597， 而市面上和银行当天的买入价为1:6.88， 两者相差太大，且另外加4.5% 的手续费用。因此我要求退回用美元支付的方法改用人民币支付，同前台讨论后改用人民币支付，果然用人民币支付后折祘成美元后为$2418.89，两者相差$107.95. 我第二次支付完成后前台答应会退回我第一次付款的金额（$2526.84）， 但事情已经过去一个多星期，我从银行信息得知商城公寓仍末归回这笔钱. 希望商城公寓财务部门及早退回这笔款且在末收到这笔钱之前我只能给差评，附照片左图为第二次用人民币付费的收据：右图为第一次用美元支付的收据。
