EXCELENTE ALOJAMIENTO, ANFITRIÓN MUY AMABLE Y UBICACIÓN INMEJORABLE
Pros:

Don Francisco, el dueño, es una excelente persona: muy atento, amable y empático con la situación que motivó nuestro viaje (la operación de mi padre). La habitación era muy cómoda y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable, incluyendo utensilios de cocina, toallas e insumos básicos para cocinar.
La ubicación es excelente, en Providencia, un sector muy seguro y con fácil acceso. Se encuentra muy cerca del Costanera Center, supermercados, restaurantes y una gran variedad de tiendas y locales comerciales para recorrer y vitrinear. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable por la calidad de la atención, la comodidad y su privilegiada ubicación.

Cons:

Como recomendación para quienes visiten Santiago, aunque Providencia es una comuna muy concurrida y turística, siempre es aconsejable tomar las precauciones habituales: evitar transitar solo durante la noche, especialmente a altas horas, y mantenerse atento al entorno.

Había que apagar la calefacción durante la noche porque el compresor hacía demasiado ruido, imposible dormir con el AA encendido.
No habia persianas ni Black out. La cortina dejaba pasar la luz de la calle, habia que taparse los ojos para poder dormir.
El desagüe de la bañera estaba tapado, se juntaba agua al bañarse
