Parfait
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et confortable, avec une literie de qualité. Tout était parfaitement entretenu et j’ai vraiment apprécié le calme des lieux.

Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon, varié et copieux, avec un large choix de produits pour bien commencer la journée.

Je tiens surtout à remercier Alexandra, l’hôtesse, pour son accueil exceptionnel. Elle a été très professionnelle, souriante, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Son sens du service et sa gentillesse ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain passage. Merci encore à toute l’équipe, et particulièrement à Alexandra ! 😊

Pros:

Nos encantó que ambos encargados nos ayudaron en todo momento. Nos aconsejaban de dónde comer o donde ir y hasta nos acompañaron. La verdad fueron súper amables. La habitación estaba súper prolija y limpia.

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña para las 3, y además en el baño no hay cortina, por lo cual queda todo mojado. Capaz sería bueno dejar un trapo y un lampazo.

Хорошее место чтобы остановится в старом городе и почувствовать атмосферу старого Стамбула
Pros:

Сам номер был просторный (+- 25 м2).
Кровати удобные.
Есть все необходимое - шкаф, чайник, холодильник, телевизор - и даже больше - тарелки и электрическая плитка в номере.
Чисто и свежеокрашено, но в стиле старого Стамбула - само здание старое.
Сантехника не новая, но тоже чистенькая.
Уборка номера по просьбе.
Персонал отзывчивый, но часто не бывает на месте - связь в WhatsApp.
Был завтрак, но мы на него не ходили - проспали.
Есть кухня можно приготовить что-нибудь если есть желание.
Шаговая доступность до всех основных достопримечательностей в старом городе.

Cons:

Слышимость полная - слышно как ходят соседи сверху, кто поднимается по лестнице и все что происходит на улице. Некомфортно в этом плане.
Свет в ванной гаснет каждый пять минут - приходится помахать чтобы он включился.
У нас было немного тусклое освещение для такого большого номера.
Район вечером становится не самым спокойным, но у нас без происшествий.

Perfect location, cozy rooms with traditional Turkish breakfast
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel! Not once did we have to take the public transportation due to its close proximity to all the sights without being right in the middle of the very city centre - thus, we were able to find cheaper places to eat for example. Besides, the rooms are cozy, clean and provide everything you need. The breakfast is simple, but delicious which we also appreciated a lot. The building is historical which adds to its coziness and charme.

Cons:

The bathrooms are toilet and shower at the same time pretty much - which is fine. However, it would be advisable to provide floor scrapers to be able to scrap the water after each shower. Besides due to the buildings age, it can get a little louder when people are leaving or entering the building.

The staff were really great and helped us with literally everything, the property was really clean and smelled beautiful, we had everything we needed and they were really replying fast and helping us a lot
