Pros:

Фантастичні апартаменти з крутим дизайном і видом на море. Є все необхідне для проживання: посуд, плита, холодильник, рушники, халат, засоби гігієни, кавомашина. Є укриття (на щастя, за час відпочинку не знадобилося). Під будинком є зупинка трамваю, яким можна дістатись до вокзалу і центру. За 10 хвилин можна спуститися до Траси Здоров'я і моря.

Проблеми з проводкою освітлення, тому його ніяк не можливо повністю погасити. Також зломані двері у ванну кімнату
