Very comfortable stay, excellent location for university and golf courses.
Pros:

Breakfast taken at local cafe Bibi's was excellent for choice and good quality food.

Cons:

Didn't notice when I booked that the private bathroom was across the landing instead of en-suite. It is a lovely spacious modern bathroom but you just have to keep remembering to have room key with you each time you pop out to use it, otherwise could be embarrassing getting locked out of room in dressing gown in middle of night with no phone to call anyone to let you back into room. Having a door code lock on bedroom instead of key might be better idea?

Expensive but centrally located. Stuffy and lots of street and seagull noise.
Pros:

Great location and even had parking nearby, beautiful rooms and bath. Garden room had access to an outdoor space. Good shower. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Murray Suite Room was hot and stuffy - windows opened but didn’t draw much air, street noise and seagulls really loud and no fan. Garden Terrace room only had door no window so you had to leave the door open all night to get air.

Lovely place to stay and convient. There is no restaurant associated with the facility.
Pros:

Our room was beautiful and large. Plenty of room to spread out and conviently located to attractions, The mini bar was free and there was fruit in the hallway.

Cons:

Desparately needs a fan and or a white noise machine. Our room was located next to the door and you could easily hear people coming and going as welll as walking on the street. The floors are hardwood so noises carry.

Staff was very helpful. Location was perfect! Rooms were great and well supplied.
Pros:

Super location. Close to places that are open for breakfast. Lots of room to move around. Had everything you could need available.

Lots of stairs but they will help you with luggage

Pros:

Charlie was very welcoming in our arrival. Accommodation was wonderful, extremely well finished with lovely touches such as fresh fruit available, soft drinks, tea and coffee with biscuits in the room. Clean, light and bright in a great central location. Thank you.

Cons:

Alas St Andrews is always over priced just because of who visits to play golf so for the ordinary visitors such as ourselves it is a lot of money to spend.

Comfortable, cosy, central location for a visit to beautiful St Andrew’s
Pros:

Cosy, comfortable and well appointed room with mezzanine bedroom that worked perfectly for three adults. Very pleasant private outdoor space. Helpful staff who took care of storing our luggage after we checked out. Ideal location for central St Andrew’s or the golfing.

Cons:

It was quite expensive, but I suppose this is St Andrew’s pricing.
