Ok, for short term stay.
Pros:

The view, quite new apartments

Cons:

Breakfast place (not enough space, at -1st floor next to parking), at apartments doesnt work laundry washing mashine, the fridge had a bad smell, parking place cost 15 eur per day ( in the beggining we were informed only about 10 eur)
The stuff could be more pleasent.

Super położenie, 2 minutki do plaży, super bazą wypadowa do zwiedzania. Śniadania w tym samym budynku. Pokój bardzo ładny, przestronny, z małym aneksem, nowoczesny. Wszędzie było naprawdę czysto. Dość urozmaicone śniadania, na bieżąco dokładane. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. W garażu jest płatny parking, jednak nam udawało się parkować codziennie na zewnątrz, na bezpłatnym parkingi

Pros:

We stayed for 10 nights and it was a pleasure. If I come back to Budva again definitely will stay at Casa Al Mare. Staff were amazing, we had some issue with “neighbours” as they were very loud and drunk so receptionist sorted out everything straight away. Place been cleaned every day, clean towels every day, sea only 2 mins away.

Cons:

I liked everything only one little thing it was breakfast. Nice breakfast but place was too small, but I’m sure they will get more space in mean time.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. What is sold as a sea-view hotel is now surrounded by new buildings and construction, leaving little to no view at all. The pictures are clearly outdated and very misleading.

The “open buffet breakfast” is a joke. There is almost no variety, and the quality is extremely poor. Breakfast is served in a tiny basement room that feels more like a storage area than a dining room. The smell alone makes it difficult to stay there for more than a few minutes.

During our stay, the electricity was out for several hours. Shockingly, the hotel has no generator. Guests were simply left to deal with the situation on their own. To make matters worse, the reception closes early in the evening, so finding anyone to help is nearly impossible.

Despite having its own parking area, the hotel charges its guests €15 per day for parking. Paying extra for such poor service feels like an insult.

The biggest issue was that we did not receive the room we had originally booked. When we complained, the response was essentially: “If you don’t like it, you can leave, but there will be no refund.” This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

The property feels more like an old apartment building that was converted into a hotel with minimal effort. The pool is tiny, the facilities are outdated, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

This hotel completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money, avoid the frustration, and book somewhere else.

Es ist alles vorhanden fast wie zu Hause, es war alles sehr sauber und es wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
