Im Herzen von Friedrichshain
Pros:

Super Lage mitten in Friedrichshain. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude. Das personalfreie Konzept funktioniert sehr gut. Bar mit Selfservice hat mir gefallen.

Cons:

Doppelbett ist für 2 Personen sehr schmal. Dabei wäre genügend Platz.

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable with enough space to unpack and move around easily. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet, so I slept well despite the tram nearby. I also appreciated having a small kitchen with basic cooking equipment. The common areas were nice as well. The room was generally clean upon arrival and the shower had good water pressure. The hosts were friendly and helpful when available. The location is fairly convenient - with a tram stop nearby and a train station within walking distance. You can also easily find grocery stores and pharmacies nearby.

Cons:

A few small things were missing, such as sugar for the complimentary tea and coffee and paper napkins in the kitchen or bathroom. The body towel felt quite small. The curtains had visible stains. There was also a cracked glass panel on the kitchen shelf. It would have been convenient to have an iron in the room, although one is available on the first floor. Another downside is that hosts are only present until around 4:30 PM, which made it impossible to leave luggage after that time.

Me senti em casa
Pros:

O apartamento é muito bom; aconchegante, muito bem distribuído, organizado e confortável, com mobiliário muito prático. Wi-Fi excelente. Me senti em casa! Havia tudo o que era necessário para fazermos as refeições lá. Máquina de lavar e secar pagas (assim como varais para levar ao apartamento) estão disponíveis na área comum, o que facilita muito para estadias longas. Tudo é automatizado (check-in etc.), e, confesso, fiquei um pouco apreensiva de não saber lidar com isso sozinha (não sou muito nova nem muito boa com coisas digitais), mas sempre (em horário comercial) há pessoas de verdade para nos auxiliar, caso seja necessário.
Fica em um bairro muito agradável, com restaurantes, supermercados, praças, e transporte fácil (metrô, s-bahn, tram). Adorei minha estadia! Recomendo fortemente!

Pros:

Äußerst angenehme Unterkunft in guter Lage für eine Woche. Geräumig gemütliches Zimmer mit allem, was man dafür benötigt inkl. kleiner Küche.

Great location, simple, clean and good value for money.
Pros:

Great location near to train station, subway station and bars/restaurants. Was able to check in early. Room was simple and clean, shower was excellent, good size fridge and ample storage. Shop/vending machine in foyer well stocked.

Cons:

Ran out of coffee bags after first morning and no replacements available in foyer.

Convenient location, clean, super friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Convenient location (about 12 mins walk to a hub train station that goes directly to the airport, or downtown, etc.) Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants all very close by. Lively but not overly noisy, inner suburban vibe. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The self check-in was smooth with good information provided beforehand and on-site. Having the small kitchenette was a bonus, including the few tea & coffee bags / milk to tide you over.

Ideally situated for visiting family.
