Sehr gut, für Berliner Verhältnisse oberste Liga.
Pros:

Sehr gut, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal auf allen Ebenen.

Cons:

Selbst kleinere Probleme wurden vom Service zuvorkommend und freundlich umgehend gelöst.

Pros:

Das Check-in und out hat mir gut gefallen, die Atmosphäre war einladend und das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Einzig das Klima im Zimmer, es war einfach zu warm und der Ventilator vielleicht etwas schwach.

Very very good stay in Berlin
Pros:

De buurt is top. De leukste v Berlijn. Het hotel en het appartement zijn ook heel leuk ingericht. Personeel is ook heel vriendelijk.

Muy Buena experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación, el barrio es uno de los mejores de Berlín, muy bien conectado con el centro. Hay muchos restaurantes, cafés y supermercados.

Cons:

La cortina no estaba muy limpia, y entró luz de día igualmente. Mi habitación daba a la calle por donde pasan los tranvías, me dejaron tapones para los oídos para dormirme

Great location and comfy apartment in the heart of an area full of good food and people

Not what we had been led to expect

Staff were great, ideal location for us

Cons:

The noise from the main road and trams. Booking.com lie when they advertise air conditioning ( supposedly in all rooms?) on the front page. It only exists in select rooms which according to BDC had the standard small double bed. So one had to keep the windows shut all night, in stifling heat, because the noise from the road was intolerable with windows open. The hotel even provided earplugs!!
The staff however were great and provided a second fan although these just added to the noise. It is Booking.coms fault; their listing was disingenuous and misleading. I suggest you book directly with the hotel and discuss the room to take. The inner rooms are quiet.. but have no view ( of a bust street)
