Two issues with the property

Firstly Netflix could not get to work after an hour of fiddling around As I had my four yr old and she wanted cartoons so had a very bored child all evening

Secondly The coffee machine would not work

Amazing apartment
Pros:

Fab location, only a short stroll away from St Anne's centre. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Keycode entry secure and easy to use. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar - a fresh fruit bowl too! Chilled filtered water, replenished during our stay. We only stayed 2 nights but bin was emptied for us and kitchen area tidied up while we were out. Bed was very comfy and a good size. I would definitely recommend this property - the little extras made a big difference!

Can't fault this place
Pros:

excellent location and very spacious room with everything you need. The owner made things very easy with prompt communication, although you never see them you don't need to, codes and everything you need answering are taken care of. i will definitely be coming back to Lytham in the future and this will be my first place to look to stay with again for sure.

Great for a short stay in St Anns by sea.
Pros:

Great location for st Anns.
Modern and clean.
Comfortable bed.
Welcome milk, teabags etc
Small private outside area

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, unfortunately the coffee machine had a cracked water container so couldn’t use this… other than that it was a lovely apartment with everything you for a short stay.

Great location, very clean.
Pros:

Great location. On site parking hit and miss, but there's parking opportunities nearby so not really an issue. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Good bathroom. I'm a return guest, and booked again so that's recommendation enough.

Cons:

Limited parking, but not that much of an issue.

Great stay would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Was very pleasantly surprised on arrival. Parking space on the drive out front, very clean, very well stocked studio with essentials and some extras like fresh milk and fresh fruit. Really appreciated these little touches. Kitchen was well done with frying pan, tea towels, washing up liquid etc so didn't have to worry about any of these things for our stay. Even got some spray oil to cook with! Only a very brief interaction with one of the cleaners who was lovely.

Cons:

Bed was a little soft for my liking but that is a personal taste thing. It was a massive bed so no real complaints.
