Super easy booking, check in, and very nice property. Managers and cleaning staff were also incredibly helpful in returning our forgotten possessions, thanks very much! Highly recommended place to stay.
Only 2 minute walk to the main street, but still quiet. Decent sized bedroom and really good shower. Phone app based app for opening the front and apartment doors bit of a gimmick but worked ok.
Parking is limited - but you can park on the main street, 2 mins walk away for free between 6pm and 9am - and cheap to extend, so wasn't a great issue. The sitting area is really a two seater sofa in the dinning area - but didn't really need it, so again not an issue.

Great communication from the business. Easy to check in online. Very secure property. Onsite parking great. Short stroll from town centre and beach. Apartment had everything you may need plus some extra touches and was clean. Nice and quite. Beds comfortable. Only slight niggle was the quality of the towels. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Nothing about the room we stayed in
The room was so depressing we had weekend booked we stayed for only a few hours and had to leave. The lady owner is so rude literally talked to you like a child and so condescending,

The facilities here are fantastic, location is excellent and it really is my favourite place to stay when I come up to Lytham st Annes to work.
