Worst staff ever

Cons:

The staff, booking customer service. No towels or wash clothes available for our stay. Tvs and phone didn't work. Door lock broke. The staff did not help and lied to us about bringing linen they never even attempted to help us i called. Emailed reply I got yesterday evening was the office is now closed until the next day 11 am . So we had no clean linen

Experiencia de vacaciones cortas en Vegas Junio 2026
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, utilizamos el gimnasio y nos parecio genial. En general la habitacion muy limpia y cómoda, el baño y bañera para relajarse es perfecto ya que contaba con suficiente presion de agua y funcionaba muy bien. Poder observar la salida del sol por la ventana en la mañana fue muy bonito.

Cons:

La decoracion de la habitacion es muy anticuada, esperabamos una habitacion con energia y una decoración acorde a las vegas,, agrega a la experiencia. La cocina parece adecuada para la estadia sin embargo hubisemos valorado contar con agua para tomar la primera noche y los detalles como cantidad de azúcar para el cafe, no tenian te ni tetera lo cual no fue suficiente para nosotros.

Not for a business trip
Pros:

Do not choose this hotel if you are on a business trip. They refused to provide an invoice or at least a correct folio. All the other hotel I have been to were able to do it, but not this hotel…

Cons:

Terrible customer service.

10/10 will definitely be back
Pros:

Room was very open and spacious and an awesome view of the city. Definitely the most comfortable I’ve ever been in a hotel especially staying for a week. Has All the amenities you need and located near everything, the valet guys were really good too. Had me in and out in no time 10/10

So Not a Penthouse
Pros:

The view of the city (Strip) was decent but not as expected. More view of the surrounding properties parking lots and pools than the actual Strip. The location was good for the pricing and in walking distance for most attractions.

Cons:

Considering this was supposed to be Penthouse, it fell way short of that description. Nothing luxury about it rather a basic room on a high floor. From day one we battled moths flying throughout the unit for the entire stay. The refrigerator was nothing more than a cooler that failed to meet the displayed temperature and when we called the maintenance/housekeeping line, they didn't do about it other than send a picture of the display I'm the cooler.
Our shower was clogged/puddling, but we got someone to come up an address the issue. The carpet was soiled with stains and high traffic paths. The lack of customer satisfaction was highly disappointing. I do not recommend a Private Owner unit because the front desk can't do anything if you have issues.
