The communication was not timely. We tried to reach the property via Booking messanger to ask about parking before check-in and got a reply the day we were checking out. Better to text on the phone number via WhatsApp.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Man muss den Ventilator benutzen, der ist so billig dass er einfach unverhältnismäßig laut ist.
Öffnen der Fenster kein Option, da die Straße laut ist. Für den Preis unverständlich.

Pros:

gut erreichbar mit Velo, diese stellten wir auf unsere Terrasse - die Lage neben dem Bahnhof gut - ruhige Umgebung

Cons:

Leider nur 2 kleine Kippfenster zum Lüften. Der Einstieg zur Dusche war hoch.

Zentrale Lage, schlecht Gereinigt
Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung und Gratisparkplatz.
Zoll nach Deutschland zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Deutschland gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Bad/WC war sehr schlecht. Urinreste beim WC waren vorhanden. Siehe Fotos.

Wir haben uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir noch in der Nacht nach Hause gefahren sind.
Cons:

Die Toilettenbrille war gebrochen; es gab keine Seife; es gab zwar zwei Betten, aber nur eine Bettdecke; der ebenerdige Eingang war eine Glastür , an der der Weg vorbeiführte. Wenn man den schweren Vorhang nicht zugezogen hätte, hätte man reinschauen können. Mit dem Vorhang war es in der Wohnung dunkel. Genauso war es im Schlafzimmer, das am Parkplatz lag. An Lüftung war so nicht zu denken.

A nice location only a few minutes from Konstanz which was our main destination. Everything was clean and the room spacious, and the terrace really nice. Very quiet even though the train station is right next door.

Cons:

If you come by car before check-in time you're not able to enter the garage, and there are only a couple of parking spots on the side of the hotel. For check-in you need to call the number on the door - would be much easier to get the key box code via message on the day of arrival.
