Absolut top für eine Städtereise
Pros:

Absolut ausreichend für einen Städtetrip.
Gute Ausgangslage.
Wenn man länger bleibt würde ich persönlich eine eigene Kaffeemaschine mitbringen.
Groß, hell und freundliches Appartement

Cons:

Kein Duschgel im Bad vorhanden. Nicht schlimm aber muss man wissen.

Pros:

Location and apartment were very nice.

Cons:

The checking in process. Couldn't get help when needed it...tried 2 times and local cousin helped on the third attempt. Link to pre check in form didn't work, the TV volume was either 25 or mute. It was too loud to watch we used cc and put it on mute. Needed kleenex and more towels. The check out process was ok. Didn't get any kind of follow-up message.

Monolocale molto spazioso, accogliente. Bella la terrazza per poter mangiare all'aria aperta.
Lavatrice, asciugatrice,frigo, forno, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè dolce gusto e bollitore. Stoviglie e utensili da cucina. Insomma come essere a casa. Parcheggio sotterraneo collegato all'albergo.
Zona molto tranquilla, nessun rumore. Si dorme molto bene.
In 5/6 Min a piedi si arriva al Denner, aldi, Landi.
In 10/15 min si è a Costanza.
Host molto gentile.

Perfect appartement dichtbij station van alle gemakken voorzien
Pros:

Prima lokatie, check-in verloopt duidelijk en snel via duidelijk systeem. Appartement heeft wasmachine en droger wat geweldig is voor een fietser op doorreis. Ik beveel dit afres zeker aan.

Comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a good bed.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It included a washing machine and a dryer. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is only a 5 min. walk from the border to Germany where the restaurants were less expensive.

Cons:

It is one of those hotels that is not attended. Had to call a number to get the keys from a box outside. There are not many amenities in the immediate vicinity, but we found restaurants reasonably close by.

Good place and reasonably priced. Customer service needs improvement.
Pros:

The location was good, it was a short walk into Konstanz. The room was clean and spacious with cooking facilities and a smart TV. The parking was free and convenient.

Cons:

The check-in process was hands-off. I had to read a notice in the window to call somebody, to get a code for the key box. It felt more like staying in an unstaffed apartment block. Also, there was no iron in my room which was very inconvenient as I was in Konstanz for a wedding and needed to iron my suit. When I asked for an iron my whatsapp message was ignored.

Wir hatte nicht das Gefühl in einem Hotel zu wohnen (keine Rezeption, kein Personal, kein Service)
Pros:

Nähe Bahnhof Kreuzlingen, fußläufig zur deutschen Grenze und zur Altstadt von Konstanz. Nächtlicher Check-In über eine automatisierte Schlüsselausgabe mit Gegensprechfunktion. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Großes, leeres (spärlich möbliertes) Zimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern zur Sonnenseite. Vermutlich ehemals als Geschäftsräume geplant. Kein ausreichender Sonnenschutz, die Räume sind dadurch sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage, die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer sind teilweise aus den Haken gerissen und alle auf einer Schiene montiert. Riesiger Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer aber nicht ein einziger Bügel vorhanden (die mussten wir besorgen und haben sie dann dort gelassen).
Die große Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber der Raum wirkt durch die Größe und spärliche Möblierung (kleiner Tisch, zwei Stühle, 2 Fernsehsessel) kalt und ungemütlich. Im Schlafzimmer hat zwar jede Bettseite eine Nachttischlampe, es gibt jedoch für eine dieser beiden Lampen keinerlei Steckdose. Das Deckenlicht lässt sich vom Bett aus nicht schalten.
