Tranquillité
Plusieurs coupure de courant du à un dysfonctionnement de la carte de la chambre.
J’ai signalé à la réception mais le problème n’a pas était résolu.
Sur tu prend ta douche et la coupure se produit
La piscine reste modeste, pas trop d’espace pour S’allonger .
je trouve également le dépôt d’une caution de 500 dh en cash , alors que nous somme en 2026
Reste une méthode inadapté.
Il ya bien d’autre moyen de procédé au dépôt de caution, comme une pré-autorisation bancaire.
Très mauvaise expérience. À l’arrivée, on m’a exigé une caution de 500 DH qui n'était pas mentionnée sur Booking, et le personnel a refusé le paiement par carte, m’imposant du cash sous prétexte que c'était le week-end. Pour couronner le tout, la piscine était très sale et remplie d'insectes, ce qui est inadmissible pour l'hygiène. Pratiques non transparentes et manque d'entretien total. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
j ai constaté la présence des cafards et d'insectes émanant des sanitaire. Ainsi, le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas souriante et elle se comporte froidement avec les clients.
Propreté et calme
La cuisine n'est pas assez fournie, aucune assiétte, ni mug ni bol mis à disposition ... un strict minimum mis à disposition. Veuillez penser à y mettre plus : c'est l'attente principale quand un client prend un "Appart" Hotel
Nous sommes des habitués, c'est notre hébergement préféré quand on vient à Marrakech, jamais déçu de l'accueil, du logement proposé, toujours propre, le personnel toujours souriant et à disposition, le lieu parfaitement fait pour les familles....
