excellent retreat place with great view to the lake side. nice outdoor pool. has a good kitchen preparing a very nice breakfast and fine selections for the dinner. wonderful staff.

Cons:

being on a hill side of the town, requires physical capability to walk down and come back on foot. they had parking at the facilities and that helped in overcoming this problem.

Schönes Hotel, jedoch mit kleineren Mängeln
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit modernen Zimmern und wunderschönem Pool-/Terrassenbereich in sehr gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Wunderbarer Ausblick über den See und ruhige Lage, ab vom Tourismus. Die erhöhte Lage muss einem bewusst sein, der Weg ins Zentrum zu Fuß bzw. zum See/Hafen dauert ca. 10 - 15 Minuten, ist zurück durch die Steigung jedoch gerade bei hohen Temperaturen etwas beschwerlich. Alternativ kann man natürlich das Auto nehmen, dass Hotel verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze, was heutzutage hervorzuheben ist, da mittlerweile nicht mehr Standard. Alles ist sehr sauber.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war schön und modern, mit einer kleinen überdachten Terrasse, leider im EG ohne Seeblick und durch die komplett verglaste Front von draußen sehr einsehbar (da Hecke aufgrund der Jahreszeit noch etwas kahl). Es gibt natürlich Vorhänge, aber wenn man etwas Tageslicht will, hat man keine andere Lichtquelle. Die Eingangstür ist auch die einzige Tür/Fenster, was das lüften stark erschwert, bzw. man nur öffnen kann, wenn man auch im Zimmer ist und kein lüften/kippen nachts möglich macht. Zumindest in den Zimmern im EG. WC und Tür zur Dusche reichen jeweils nicht ganz zur Decke und sind somit ins Zimmer offen, zudem hat die Dusche keine Lüftung. Zimmerklima aufgrund dieser Punkte leider etwas schwierig. Leider Duschgel, Seife etc. in kleinen Einwegverpackungen statt in großen Spendern und somit unnötig viel Müll. Leider wird auch das "Bitte nicht stören" Schild am Zimmer nicht beachtet und die Putzfrei war im Zimmer während wir nicht da waren, obwohl nicht notwendig/gewünscht. Das Bett war leider etwas durchgelegen, bei der Preisklasse m. E. nicht akzeptabel.

Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt. Das Frühstück von der Auswahl klein aber ok, jedoch ist das Servicepersonal, obwohl nicht viele Zimmer, schnell überfordert und kommt bereits bei fünf Frühstückstischen gleichzeitig nicht mit auffüllen hinterher und man bekommt ggf auch keinen Kaffee, Geschirr/Besteck etc. mehr bzw. nur auf Nachfrage wenn man Personal erwischt, was das Frühstück schnell etwas verdirbt. Besonders schade da sich um andere Tische sehr bemüht wurde und mehrmals Kaffee, Cappuccino etc. gebracht wurde, während wir nicht mal gefragt wurden (nur wenige Tische besetzt). Leider auch sehr viel in kleinen Einwegverpackungen und somit sehr viel Müll. Leider gibt es zu den Zimmern abends keinen beleuchten Weg, was das ganze unnötig erschwert und gerade für ältere Personen schwierig macht.

Preis Leistung leider nicht ganz optimal/gerechtfertigt.

Összegezve jól éreztük magunkat, szép emlék lesz.
Pros:

A kilátás a reggelinél,, saját jakuzzi a lakosztályban és onnan a panoráma csodás.
Ezzel nem tudtunk betelni.
Ajándék prosecco, távozáskor szappan.
A reggeli bőséges,,finom, a személyzet nagyon kedves.
Camilla felszolgáló hölgy empatikus, azonnali problémamegoldása perfekt. A két fiú felszolgáló is figyelmes, mosolygós.
- A pizza finom nagyon.

-Szúnyogháló hiánya.
-Nem bukó-nyíló ablak volt.
- Nincs a tükör alatt polc a fürdőben, nem tudom hova tenni a kéztörlőt.
- A bide helyett lehetne polcos szekrény.
- A szobához kellene szemetes,
- nincs szekrény a szobában.
- A fürdőszobába a hajszárítót nem lehet bedugni.
- A zuhany nyomása alig, a hőmérséklete ingadozó beállítás után is.
- A minibárba 4 üveg ital fér el.
- Ahhoz képest, hogy saját jakuzzi, terasz, nincs magánszféra. A szomszéd teraszt egy növénysor cserépben, és egy 1 m paraván választja el.
- Nincs lezárva a terasz, bárki bejöhet, bármikor.
- Ehhez képest nagyon drága volt a szállás.
- Az étlapon lehetett volna carbonara spagetti.
- A napi takarítás nem mindig látszott.
- Csupán építő kritikánák szántuk a leírtakat

Great views super pool due to the location you need to be very fit or have a car.
Pros:

The breakfast was good although expensive at £18 . This property is very high up which gives great views and has a wonderful pool.The staff were lovely .

Cons:

It was impossible to walk back from Limone as the incline is extremely steep and although only 800 metres a taxi was 15 euros. A car is an absolute necessity. Although we had clean towels and the bins were emptied each day the cleaning was poor and there were no brushes to sweep the floor if you spilt something. The food in the restaurant was good but small portions and expensive compared to elsewhere.

Ajánlom a nyugalomra és fantasztikus kilátásra és kiszolgálásra vágyóknak!

Csodálatos környezet, rendkívül udvarias személyzet, elegáns étterem, jóminőségű ételek, udvarias kiszolgálás, gyors be és kijelentkezés.

Cons:

Az információ a megközelítésről lehetett volna gyakorlatiasabb pl.a vita Tovo-t követve egy hatalmas épülethez érve forduljon jobbra és 100 méter után meglát egy nyitott kaput, amin keresztül hajtva rövidesen megérkezik! A tágas fürdőszobában nagyon kisméretű a zuhanykabin nem lehet le hajolni benne lábat mosni ezt korrigálni kellene, egyébként a berendezése az apartmannal jó!
