OK für den Preis, es war sauber.
Pros:

Es war alles in Ordnung. Normalerweise wäre es schön, die Möglichkeit zu haben, ein Frühstück zu buchen. Ein Tipp: Zahnputzbecher wären hilfreich.

Cons:

Es war schon sehr hellhörig, aber das lässt sich schlecht ändern.

Schöne Unterkunft aber sehr teure Zusatzkosten (e.g. Terrasse pro Tag EUR 145.--!!)
Pros:

Die Lage war super und auch die Unterkunft an sich.

Cons:

Mitarbeiter sind ohne zu Läuten / Klopfen einfach in die Wohnung gekommen.
Konnten nur das auf Deutsxh was sie sich aufgeschrieben haben.
Falsche Auskunft über zusätzliche Terassemiete (wir gingen davon aus, dass es EUR 145.-- kostet für den gesamten Aufenthalt und nicht NUR für eine Nacht). Zusatzkosten enorm hoch...

Immer wieder gern.
Pros:

Ich übernachte immer wieder gern dort.
Man wird freundlich empfangen.
Die Zimmer sind alle anders toll eingerichtet mit Stil und Gemütlichkeit und super bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind sehr klein und verwinkelt im Hinterhof.
Herausfordernd, wenn man nicht der Einparkprofi ist.
Allerdings sind diese besser, als das Parken in der Tiefgarage eine Straße weiter weg.

Pros:

Spacious and clean room, kind staff, the bed was comfortable (the pillows were almost useless but that's a problem everywhere in German hotels), working wifi, even if the room was on a main road it has good windows that hide well the outside sounds.

Cons:

There was no shampoo or bodywash.

Pros:

Ambiente in der Villa sehr schön, Lage für Bahnanreise ideal , Zimmer groß – bei geschlossenen Fenstern von Straße, Bahn und Flugverkehr nichts zu hören, Gemeinschaftsküche perfekt ausgestattet, separates Bad so wie die ganze Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich

Cons:

Leider hellhörig - mit knarzenden Böden und lauten Türen was nachts unangenehm war da das Bad über den allgemein von allen Gästen genutzten Flur lag;
Ich habe weltweit noch kein Hotel erlebt das im voraus Informationen und Mails mit einer Litanei (in Deutsch und Englisch) an Hausregeln und Verboten mit entsprechender Strafandrohung versandt hat; beim check-in die gleichen Belehrungen nochmals mündlich und überall kleben unzählige Hinweisschilder; im Bad eine Anleitung wie man seine Hände waschen soll (???). Ich weiß nicht welches Klientel erwartet wird...
Ich habe mich unwohl gefühlt da man sich ständig Gedanken machen muss, ob man etwas falsch macht wenn man etwas auf dem Tisch abstellt oder sich auf die mit einem weißen Tuch bedeckte Couch setzen will. Wenn das Mobiliar tatsächlich so wertvoll ist sollte es besser in ein Museum.
