Bien ubicado, pero los departamentos son de difícil acceso si viajas con personas mayores.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de centro de Zicatela. Cerca de la playa y al rededor hay varios locales para comer o comprar.

Cons:

Las instalaciones (Sobre todo eléctricas se ven deterioradas) la habitación era muy oscura y por el tipo de ubicación (hacia abajo) hacia que fuera aun mas, encontré una tarántula y aunque entiendo la vegetación, por la falta de iluminación casi no la veo.

El aire tampoco mantenía una temperatura baja, por lo que supongo no tienen mucho mantenimiento, no hacia diferencia tenerlo apagado o prendido.

El acceso a departamentos creo que seria mas facil por el portón para evitar las escaleras de caracol, al menos para subir y bajar con maletas.

The location is probably the best part of the property. It is in the perfect spot and we could basically walk everywhere or take a very short taxi into the centro if necessary.

Cons:

The property is a bit run down which is a shame because it has a lot of potential! Some small fixes would make it a 10/10.

Buena locación y todos los amenities que necesites están en la casa incluyendo sombrilla y cooler lo que la hizo que fuera una de mis favoritas en puerto.

Cons:

La luz de la habitación es muy baja podría tener mejor luz, la cama era muy dura y la limpieza podría mejorar.

Excelente estancia en Casa Bonita, desde Chris que nos recibió y explicó todo, hasta el personal de limpieza. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está cerca de todo y es muy tranquilo para dormir. Si necesitáis cualquier cosa, Chris os lo resolverá, muy recomendable!

Un séjour incroyable
Pros:

Un grand merci à Chris pour son aide, son écoute et son professionnalisme. La chambre était magnifique et très confortable. Il y avait la climatisation !!! Un élément indispensable ! On reviendra avec un immense plaisir :))

Juste l’escalier qui n’est pas pratique avec les valises (mais Chris vient aider avec plaisir)

L'espace, la piscine, le lit, la cruche d'eau.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude, manque de bons ustensiles, pas de micro ondes, pas de télé, 1 assiette à l'arrivée et un seul grand verre. Hôtel négligé en général.

Had an amazing stay at Casa Bonita! Chris was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. The beds were comfy, the location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything—and the pool was absolutely amazing. Such a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Would definitely come back!
