Ottima soluzione per le famiglie
Pros:

Posizione strategica, vicinissima a spiaggia e centro. Il residence non è nuovissimo ma ben curato, con appartamenti terrazzati, di cui diversi con vista mare panoramica. Piscina, bar, servizi e animazione piacevoli. È una soluzione molto buona per una vacanza con famiglia a San Vito Lo Capo. Mare davvero stupendo.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati in una giornata estremamente calda e afosa dopo un viaggio lunghissimo: suggerirei alla struttura di accogliere l'ospite con l'appartamento già rinfrescato con aria condizionata.

Es fanden Aktionen statt. Von Erholung keine Spur.

Un cadre idyllique !
Pros:

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé ! Malgré des équipements vieillissants, le cadre est tout simplement idyllique. Je recommande.

Cons:

Avoir un bonnet de bain est obligatoire pour profiter de la belle piscine.

Piękny widok z balkonu, super basen, w apartamencie wszystko czego potrzeba, do centrum miasteczka i plaży 5 minut na piechotę, bardzo cicha okolica. Prywatny parking pod apartamentem.

Purtroppo come gia segnalato a Booking e da cui attendo riscontro,sul portale viene scritto"tutte le sistemazioni comprendono la colazione inclusa"tuttavia la struttura dopo avete prenotato ti invia conferma con colazione esclusa e quindi da pagare in loco a eur 13 a persona che sicuramente li vale il prezzo richiesto ma non e' una bella sorpresa.vedremo come finira'

Solo il panorama.

Cons:

Alloggio non curato. Appena entrati ti accoglie un forte odore di muffa. Piano terra umidissimo.Lenzuola, cuscino e materasso (di gommapiuma stile centro di accoglienza) umidi nonostante il condizionatore in funzione. Specchio rotto in bagno. Piano superiore zanzariere con vari buchi. Anche se dichiarati, mancano sia il balcone che il forno a microonde. Soldi spesi male. Ho prenotato per 2 notti ma siamo partiti dopo il primo giorno, non me le sentivo di fare dormire le mie figlie in quelle condizioni.

Nette, in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft, in ruhiger Lage.

Lage und Grösse des Apartment top, Frühstück super, Parken gegen Gebühr in der Anlage.

Cons:

Wir waren 3 Tage da, haben aber keine Reinigungskraft gesehen.
Handtücher waren genügend da, deshalb war es für uns Ok.
Badekappen - Pflicht am Pool… da ist wohl die Zeit stehen geblieben😅
