Prachtig appartement in het centrum van Stresa
Pros:

In het centrum van Stresa, op loopafstand van het Lago Maggiore. Een strak en functioneel appartement mét airco (geen overbodige luxe bij 30 graden). Suzy maakt je verblijf compleet en zorgt overal voor, zelfs een kortingskaart voor de onder gesitueerde supermarkt.

Cons:

Twee kleine kanttekeningen: de hot tub is niet echt hot, maar lauw. Parkeren kan soms lastig zijn in de directe omgeving.

This is beyond all praise
Pros:

This was the best studio apartment we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent, in the historic center of the city. Everything matches the description and photos on the Casa Diverio website. The studio is spacious, with two balconies, a large bed, and a sofa, and is well-equipped with necessary appliances. The bathroom is comfortable, with a shower. The hostess, Susy, is very friendly. We can compare it to Vienna, Munich, Strasbourg, Dijon, Colmar, Nizza, Milan, Zurich, and Paris. The worst is the studio in Paris, and the best is Casa Diverio in Stresa.

We came to Stresa for a family holiday/wedding it was the perfect location, accomadation and we had the best time. I would recommend.

As instalações estão no centro da cidade e não estão longe da estação de trem. O apartamento tipo quitinete número 3 tem uma varanda exclusiva com muitas plantas; é amplamente ventilado; mantido como novo. A cama é confortável. A recepção foi calorosa. Ideal para curta estadia. Possue lavadora de louças. A ducha é confortável.

Cons:

Falta maior estrutura para depositar as malas. Não disponibiliza material para a limpeza adequada do piso do apartamento pelo próprio hóspede.

Wonderful accommodation in a perfect location.
Pros:

Casa Diverio is a delightful place to stay and the location is perfect.. Our apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of lovely thick bath towels which is a rarity in short term accommodation. Susy is a wonderful and accommodating host and her assistant, Nadia, is extremely helpful and very friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting the lovely town of Stresa.
