Cons:

Sangat kecewa dengan tahap kebersihan hotel ini. Baru sahaja check-in, tetapi keadaan tandas sudah kotor. Lantai, dinding dan beberapa sudut bilik air jelas tidak dibersihkan dengan sempurna. Kebersihan sepatutnya menjadi keutamaan sesebuah hotel. Diharapkan pihak pengurusan dapat meningkatkan standard kebersihan agar pengalaman tetamu lain tidak terjejas.

I usually stays here but this time The toilet ! Omg ! Very dirty, smells very bad (urine) that was not washed !! Microwave not working (not heating anything up) ! Dining table super dirty with stains ! Please do something about this unit ! Level 7 unit no 8 ! I swear its not pleasant to stay with that kind of toilet condition, dining table and microwave !

Pros:

I had a really good stay here. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout. The person in charge was also very friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely come back again!

Pros:

The unit I booked was completely different from what was advertised in the listing. The photos shown were misleading and seemed to be used only to attract customers. When I arrived, the actual condition of the place was extremely disappointing. It felt more like a neglected lodging area used by strangers rather than a proper accommodation. The unit was very dirty, unhygienic, and had an unpleasant smell.
What made the situation even worse was the way their staff handled my complaint. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to solve the problem, they showed no concern and did not seem to care about my experience at all.
I feel completely disappointed and wasted my money. I stayed for three days and two nights in a place that was far below expectations. This is definitely my first and last time staying here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service, cleanliness, and attitude shown were unacceptable. A place that takes customers’ money should at least provide a clean and decent environment, not something like this.

Good stay in Genting
Pros:

Property was clean and located in good place we can get food and access to genting highlands easily.

Cons:

Checkin checkout process need to updated, now it's really annoying. For checkIn/out we need to visit different building and stay in different building. They are nearby by walkable but not good with all the luggage.
