Excellent value for money and conveniently located close to the historic city center. Access by car can be a bit challenging, but the owner came out to meet us and helped us park, which made the arrival much easier.

Prachtige kamer met goedwerkende airco. Mooie locatie in het oude deel van de stad. Op loopafstand van de bazaar en het indrukwekkende kasteel.
Zeer aardige en behulpzame eigenaars.

Eigenlijk niks. Alleen het matras was voor ons iets aan de harde kant.

La casa esta nueva y se notan todos los detalles que estan poniendo los dueños. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares! Andando al centro y al castillo hay apenas 10 minutos. El desayuno es espectacular con pequeña lección de historia albanesa incluida

Hay que tener en cuenta donde esta la casa si vas es coche, las calles son empinadas y estrechas y a veces se dificulta un poco, sobre todo si tu coche de alquiler tiene poca potencia como el nuestro.

Przepiękny pokój, czysto, smaczne śniadanie, bardzo wygodne łóżko, taras z widokiem na zamek robił wrażenie :D
Właściciel bardzo pomocny, pomógł z parkowaniem - droga dojazdowa to kilka wąskich uliczek, ale na spokojnie da się dojechać.
Bardzo polecam! Szkoda że nie zostaliśmy dłużej!

Terrace! Plus large, comfy rooms - slept well

Quiet, comfy and large rooms. Nice brekky. That rooftop terrace is the kicker: unparalleled views over the town with distant castle ramparts and a sweeping backdrop of mountains. Stunning. We walked up the hill from the bus stop: not for the faint-hearted. But once you’re up there in the heavens the location is perfect: quaint, winding, cobblestone paths lead to the old market area for dining and the castle beyond.

In Gjorkastra sind die Unterkünfte durch die engen und verwinkelten Straßen nicht so leicht auffindbar. Wir würden jedoch mit unserem Dacia Duster per Videocall wunderbar bis zur Unterkunft geleitet.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und an der Unterkunft gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer und Bad, alles sauber und einen Gemeinschaftskühschrank gibt es auch.

Wonderfully located in the old city
Pros:

Location is so wonderfully fabulous. Deep in the old town. Our host Else, met our every need and was always on hand to give us an extra toilet roll or piece of local history. He is always pleasant and kind. The Vila Eri is really central to all the main attractions BUT is so located in the old city that driving to it and finding a parking space can be difficult. This can be overcome by phoning the owner 10 mins before arrival so that he can drive or guide you into a safe space. The actual lodgings are historic, yet comfortable with all mod cons, however the wifi can be rather weak at times.
