It was a great short stay
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised how spacious the room was. The linen were clean, bed was comfortable and the host was friendly and understanding.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am Rhein. Dadurch sind die Nächte aber etwas laut.

洗脸池太高了，163cm使用起来有点费劲。房间的桌子快散架了。床单和被罩不干净。楼梯是旋转的，很窄，搬旅行箱上下楼很费劲。顶层外侧有个小区域是公用的烧水壶，微波炉和冰箱以及餐吧。

Schöne Sicht aus dem Zimmer auf den Rhein . Tolle Altstadt Lage

Frühstück im Café leider etwas zu wenig Auswahl . Man bekommt es vorgerichtet mit Brötchen und abgepacktem Brot . Kaffee aus der Pumpkanne . Kein Saft und kein Obst dafür Oliven und Feta Käse

Pros:

К самой квартире претензий нет — всё было чисто, уютно и комфортно. Особенно порадовал красивый вид из окон на Рейн. Утром было очень тихо и спокойно, что сделало наше короткое пребывание ещё приятнее.

Cons:

К сожалению, остался неприятный осадок из-за ситуации с оплатой. Сначала с нас попросили доплатить 14 евро за ребёнка, хотя в описании жилья указано, что доплата предусмотрена только для гостей старше 18 лет при необходимости дополнительной кровати. И было указано , что доплата за нашего ребенка не должна взыматься. По приезду хозяин был согласен на фиксированную стоимость, но также несколько раз говорил, что мы заплатили слишком мало за троих гостей, хотя цена у нас была ниже из-за скидки от Booking. Было заметно, что он недоволен этим, и мы почувствовали себя не совсем желанными гостями.

Кроме того, по приезду нас попросили оплатить проживание повторно, несмотря на то, что деньги уже были списаны с карты. Мы это сообщили, но нам сказали , что деньги еще не поступили и заверили , что они вернуться нам обратно на карту ,не стали спорить, чтобы не портить себе настроение, и оплатили ещё раз. Позже дома выяснилось, что первоначально списанные средства так и не вернулись . Было не очень приятно .К счастью, хозяин всё время оставался на связи, пытался решить проблему, и в итоге ситуация благополучно разрешилась.

Next time rather a hotel

Great location.

Cons:

Yeah, so first of all the price was triple of the usual because of the FIBO tradeshow which is ok. Everyone does it. But! I got the “spare” room somewhere in a back alley which was probably not used for a while because there was a mouse in my bed. Which I then also told to the owners who profoundly apologized. Afterwards they cancelled my booking without telling me anything as a “no show” and started the refund process. I thought ok, nice. However I never received a refund and when I asked about it via Booking.com Message, the refund has been cancelled 🤨 not sure if it was intentional or the person just did something wrong in booking.com but all in all it was a rather unpleasant experience. Next time rather take a hotel.
