A lovely relaxing stay with very helpful staff

Tranquilo, agradable y cómodo.
Pros:

Lugar tranquilo con espacios comunes ajardinados muy bonitos y cuidados. Muy cerca de la playa y de restaurantes y supermercados. Hay sitio para aparcar cerca también.
Estaba muy bien equipado: aire acondicionado, ventilador, lavaplatos, estropajo, jabón...

Cons:

Hay una sola hamaca en el apartamento, estaría bien que fueran dos.
No sé si es competencia de la administración, pero hay mucha gente que deja su toalla durante días en las hamacas de la piscina a modo "reservada". Había más hamacas libres, pero si por ejemplo quieres una a la sombra, te las encuentras " reservada" aunque su " dueño" no aparezca en todo el día. Deberían poner alguna norma respecto a esto ya que la gente parece que carece de civismo.

Fantastic value laid back vibe close to the beach
Pros:

Fantastic bathroom, best accessible shower we have ever had in Lanzarote. The additional cost aircon was well worth it also. Comfortable sunbeds by the pool.

Cons:

Very dated furniture with peeling varnish. Rather dirty when we arrived.

Relaxing, comfortable, if you need to switch off for a while, this is the place.
Pros:

very close to shops, restaurants, bus stops to travel around the island. lovely and quiet around the complex. comfortable bungalows and very clean. the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have washing machines to use if like me you don't like to take too much luggage. They were updating the bar area when we were there, so looking forward to seeing it next year when we return

Relaxing, easy and near the sea. Water crystal clear and warm. worth the visit!
Pros:

Location was wonderful and very close to beach. The promenade is lovely with a few lovely restaurants.

Cons:

access to reception was very limited. But reception/manager was very helpful and it was easy to contact her by phone.
