Lo que más me.gustó fue la ubicación,limpieza y tratl del personal,tanto en recepción con Estefania y Safa,Estefania,con quien he hablado por mail desde la reserva,ha sido increible,y hay que valorar este tiponde personal,yo trabajo cara al público y ha sido un placer ser atendida de esa manera,y los problemas que hemos tenido ha hecho todo lo posible,los del restaurante Marvel,maravillosos y se come genial,mis hijas encantadas,mil gracias.

Lo que no me ha gustado,ha sido las fotos engañosas,me explico,en ningún momento te pone que metros tiene el balcon,,pues no hay metros,,es pequeño,preguntar que metros tiene,en ma foto de esre en concreto,4 planta A,es minusculo,y en la foto solo aparece la barnadilla dando al mar,me parece que se debe añadir lo metros exactos,he ido con mis hijas y les hacía ilusión,y así lo.pensabamos,tener balcon grande o terraza,eso es la pega que hemos tenido.gracias.Y faltan cosas en el apartamento,que tuve que comprar y alli we quedaron,jabon platos,estropajo,balleta,...escurridor..

Il nostro soggiorno è stato di due notti, la prima parte cosí:
Dopo aver comunicato l’esigenza di fare il check in dopo l’orario di servizio della reception (1 a.m.) non mi sono state fornite alcun tipo di indicazioni riguardo le modalità di accesso alla struttura (indirizzo non preciso, modalità di check-in, dove trovare le chiavi…) nonostante i ripetuti messaggi di richiesta e la rassicurazione che ci sarebbero state date queste informazioni più avanti.
Prima e dopo il volo abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura sia via messaggio sia telefonicamente senza ricevere nessuna risposta, in quanto il numero risulta quello fisso della reception che alle ore 20 chiude, con l’unica possibilità di lasciare un messaggio registrato che non verrà ascoltato da nessuno.
Dopo aver vagato alle 2 di notte senza meta, abbiamo chiesto ad un bar che è poi risultato essere in gestione all’hotel, dove abbiamo incontrato la manager, che, indispettita e scocciata (LEI!) per il disturbo, ci ha comunicato che le indicazioni erano tutte contenute all’interno di un messaggio booking (che non è MAI arrivato)!
La mattina seguente, alla richiesta di spiegazioni, lo staff si è mostrato scortese e disinteressato.
Arriva poi la seconda notte, durante la quale, avendoci lo staff fornito 3 chiavi, decidiamo di dividerci e tornare in momenti diversi. Al tentativo di aprire la porta alle 6 del mattino, scopriamo con sgomento che due delle tre chiavi non erano NEMMENO state attivate e associate all’alloggio. Alla richiesta di aiuto alla signora delle pulizie, la stessa rifiuta di aiutarci e di darci il contatto della manager: dormiamo quindi sul pianerottolo.
Anche questa volta, alla richiesta di spiegazioni il mattino seguente, lo staff non si assume la responsabilità dell’accaduto e ci tratta con POCHEZZA.
Stanza ampia ma livello di pulizia da me non accettabile. Utensili per la cucina scarsi, acqua che sapeva di fogna.

If you don’t care about mod cons and just want somewhere to sleep (don’t forget earplugs) then it’s fine
Pros:

Central location with a lovely view. Nice lounge area.

Cons:

The map of where the apartment is on booking.com isn’t accurate. It is directly above a music bar which is open until 3am so extremely noisy. Very poorly equipped kitchen with not enough cutlery, not even soap for the bathrooms, you have to buy everything.

Apartamentos delante del mar con un restaurante excelente en la PB
Pros:

Los apartamentos están ubicados en un lugar espectacular delante del mar. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar

Cons:

No hay mucha presión de agua en la ducha, pero es un problema general de falta de agua en la isla. Así que no es fácil de arreglar

Pros:

El apartamento era muy bonito además de amplio y muy luminoso. Estaba todo limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas. El restaurante del hotel era estupendo, el personal una pasada, la comida muy buena y el precio también era bueno. Es una zona tranquila y si hay q tener en cuenta que hay que coger taxi para todo pero está la parada justo en la puerta. Y hay una parada de autobús también a un minuto que te lleva y trae por 4€ al aeropuerto así que genial
