Perfectly located accommodation with superb pool and free parking
Pros:

We really enjoyed the location, the pool was fantastic, and free parking was super useful. The apartments are located just a few steps from the beach and a short walk from a supermarket and restaurants.

Cons:

We were quite disappointed by the actual apartment. The equipment in the apartment we had was quite old and worn down. The photos here on Booking.com look just too nice and also all apartments here on Booking contain photos (not just in the general accommodation photos, but in the apartment detail) with a pool view, but only a few apartments actually have pool view. Our apartment, for example, was at the very end of the building and had a terrace with a small "garden", or rather a patch of dry grass and dirt. This was a disappointment when we arrived. If there was an option to choose an apartment with a balcony and pool view (like in the photos), we would have chosen it and paid extra (if necessary).

Хорошие апартаменты на Лазурном берегу
Pros:

Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, очень близко к пляжу, недалеко супермаркеты, удобное заселение даже при отсутствии персонала.

Cons:

Режим работы бассейна не очень удобен - поздно начинает работать и рано заканчивает.
В апартаментах для 5 человек оставили только 1 рулон туалетной бумаги, а заезд был в выходной день, когда магазины не работали.

Die schlechteste Unterkunft die wir in jahrzehntelangen Reisen je hatten.

Die Rezeption war abweichend von den Informationen am Sonntag von 16.00 bis 19.00 nicht besetzt. Nach vielen Telefonaten erschien nach 2 Stunden ein Hausmeister und ermöglichte uns und anderen Neuankömmlingen - den Zugang zum Apartment. Die Terrasse war ungepflegt, auf dem "Rasen" lagen Exkremente, ein Wäscheständer der mit Klebeband fixiert war. Als wir am Montag dann offiziell eincheckten, bekamen wir eine Inventarliste, die wir abzeichnen sollten. Die aufgelisteten Sachen entsprachen nicht dem Bestand. Die Abnahme bei Abreise war eine Farce. Der Pool hatte eine defekte Leiter und müsste eigentlich gesperrt werden.

Obiekt i miejsce do wypoczynku dobre. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażana. Możliwość parkowania pojazdu w bezpiecznym miejscu. Obsługa i personel obiektu bardzo pomocna.

Good but nor food enough
Pros:

Very good location, close to beach(50m walk trough a parking).Free parking spot outside building( you have to walk arround buildings 300 m). Good and big refrigeraror. Good air conditioning. Prety large apartement with a bedroom with good matress and a large balcony.

Free parking spot outside building, even the hotel have lots of spot in the underground parking, easy to acces trough elevetor. Toilletries stuff(soap, shampoo, etc) was missing on the day we checkin. The next day same on. Only in the 3rd day, when we talk with the administrator, we received a box with shampoo, soap, trash bag and sponge. On that moment when i spoke to the administrator, i informed him that i'll leave location prety early in rhe morning. No problem at all. Key problem resolved. But i was stupefied to hear that i have to gather all the sheets, towells, etc, and carry them to the dirty laundry bag at the ground flour(i was the my own chambermaid,haha) About deposit, i received back only when i notified them trough booking.com(4 days)
