Rustige plek en een ruime kamer met goede airco en een groot bed
Ons balkon was wat vuil bij aankomst, met sigaretten peuken
Le logement est suffisamment à l'écart du bruit ambiant du centre ville mais également accessible à pieds (10 min).
Lieu propre, petite kitchenette qui permet de faire quelques lunchs froids dans le logement. Une cuisine extérieure permet également de cuisiner dans les parties communes avec plaques de cuisson à disposition.
Petite piscine agréable!
Wifi fonctionnel (ce qui est agréable car au Mexique le réseau peut souvent être approximatif).
Aucun personnel n'était présent en début de soirée ce qui malheureusement faisait en sorte que les personnes présentes ne respectaient pas le calme des lieux à partir d'une certaine heure.
Veuillez aussi prendre en compte que l'hôtel charge une taxe environnementale pour la gestion des déchets et la propreté de l'île qui est payée en cash une fois sur place.
Llegamos, AÚN no estaban las habitaciones. Esperamos, pero al regresar la sorpresa es que, como no había personal, solo una chica muy amable pero no suficiente para limpiar todo el lugar. Las habitaciones no estaban las sábanas cambiadas; al mover las sábanas, estaban cabellos en las sábanas. El baño sucio, lleno de moho.
No creo que sea culpa de la chica de limpieza, si no que no puede una sola persona limpiar todas las habitaciones, pasó en las 2 habitaciones que se habían separado.
En la calle existe un charco de agua estancada que tiene olor feo y muchos zancudos, creo que el lugar podría ser mejor con supervisión de limpieza.

Great accomodation not far away from the center. Its quiet, has a pool and comfortable bed. There is also an a/c.
Posizione perfetta a 10 min a piedi dal centro, l’host ci ha dato la possibilità di fare il check in prima poiché le stanze erano già libere.
Bagno un po piccolo, al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato 3 stanze (in 7) per poi comunicarmi solo dopo che eravamo usciti che la nostra prenotazione era per due camere (non ricordavo la prenotazione essendo holbox l’ultima di 9 tappe)
Pero il problema e stato risolto da loro che hanno spostato le nostre cose nella stanza che era destinata a noi

El personal muy amables, ubicación buena y las instalaciones bien, camas comodas y todo lo necesario en la habitación.
Se escucha un poco el ruido entre habitaciones, dejar en claro las reglas y los horarios de las amenidades para todos los huéspedes, ya que un grupo de huéspedes estuvieron hasta muy noche en la alberca con bebidas, comida y no dejaban dormir.

Cortaron el agua durante la noche y mi cónyuge enfermó la cual necesitábamos agua en el WC.
El microondas estaba muy sucio y los utensilios de cocina también. Tuvieron que venir a limpiarlo.
