Please note that snack bar operates daily 10.00 - 22.00.

Cleaning service takes place every day except for Sunday.

The change of linen and towels are made every 3-4 days for one week stay (once). Pool/beach towels can be provided from the reception for free with a deposit.

In our hotel we offer a mini inclusive supplement which includes local drinks and ice cream (no food included). The rate per adult ( 12 - 99 y.o.) is 22 € per day and the rate per child (4 - 11,99 y.o. ) is 14 € per day. Kids 0 - 3,99 y.o. are free of charge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Good hotel, perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location, on the beach, but middle of all the services. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice lunch menu available, restaurant with sea view. Bus stops outside the hotel.

Cons:

Pool is smaller than expected, rather for kids. Most sun-beds reserved by eager sunbathers early in the morning. Air conditioning very sensitive, even if curtain was little bit jn between the windows, it would not work ( all windows and doors had to be securely closed to air con to work ). Beach is sandy but from waterline it’s slippy stone slates so I wouldn’t recommend for elderly or anyone who has struggles to stay in balance.

Pros:

Soverom med god plass, fint utsikt fra balkong, og komfortable senger. Hotell ligger ved stranden og nær til mange restauranter og butikker. Ligger 15-20 min fra Chania. Generelt veldig fornøyd med Margarita Beach hotel.

Smooth, relaxing and enjoyable holiday
Pros:

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful all the way from the reception to the beach. We were able to check-in early even though it could not be guaranteed. A special shout-out goes to the hotel's manager, who was hands-on when needed helping with breakfast service or assisting guests. We especially appreciated his commitment to fairly enforcing the beach sunbed reservation policy, even though doing so may not always be popular with every guest.
The breakfast included everything needed and selection of hot dishes varied from day to day. Our three-person room consisted of two separate rooms each with own air conditioning, which was a nice during hot days and nights. Our reservation also included beach towels. The bus stop was just opposite the hotel and we found the bus to be quickest way to travel Chania Old Town and back (during holiday season taxis were very booked...).
The hotel's beach with free sunbeds proved to be an excellent choice during hot days. Beach service delivered food and drinks directly to the beds if needed. The rental car arranged through the hotel worked flawlessly throughout our stay. The airport transfer also organized by the hotel was a pleasant surprise—high-quality service at normal price.

Overall, a big thank you to Margarita and the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Cons:

While we enjoyed the beach very much, it may be worth noting that the hotel's beach may be slightly challenging for young children or guests with limited mobility, as the shoreline is rocky in many places.

Pros:

Beliggenheten, at det ikke var for stort . Koselig ,gresk , super hyggelig betjening .

Cons:

Mislikte ikke noe, men kunne ønsket meg parasol på terrassen 😎

Pros:

Mycket bra frukost, massor att välja på.
Perfekt läge!

Hade önskat ett eget täcke eftersom jag åkte med en kompis😅men i det rummet fick man bara ett stort täcke. Men det löste sig med en skön bomulls filt! 👍

Pros:

Reggeli bőséges választékkal, naponta kis változatossággal. A hotel gyönyörű, mást nem lehet rá mondani! A személyzet kedves és figyelmes, megnézték az adatainkat és látták, hogy párom születésnapját ünnepli, így kedveskedtek a szobába egy üveg borral és egy köszöntő kártyával. Kilátás reggeli közben mesés, egyszerűen tökéletes.

Cons:

Kifejezetten ilyen nem volt, talán az erkélyen lévő műanyag székekhez lehetne párna, de ez már tényleg szőrszálhasogatás. Kiváló az egész,ahogy van.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children
Pros:

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The property cleaning and in a good location.
Nice breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The property itself was really nice, but the beach infront of the property is a bit rocky. But there are many other beaches around.

Pros:

The location was perfect being right on the beach. Free sunbeds was also a plus. Front desk staff are very friendly (as were all the staff) and helpful and you can't beat having breakfast by the beach every morning:)

Cons:

The breakfast was good but coffee not great and the toaster was broken.

Fantasztikus szálloda közvetlenül a parton, nagyon kedves személyzettel!
Pros:

Szuper tengerparti szálloda, a környéken egyedülállóan görögös hangulatú. Nagyon kedves személyzet, makulátlan tisztaság! Bőséges reggeli, görög specialitásokkal. A parton ingyenes napágyak, a bárból a koktélt ide is lehozták :).

Cons:

Ilyet nem is tudok írni.. 7 napból 4-et nagyon hullámzott a tenger, nem engedtek be a vízbe, de volt medence beach bárral, amit tudtunk használni.
