A welcoming, well located stay with a spacious apartment, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff
Pros:

We had a great stay at Casa da Galeria. The location was perfect for exploring Ponta Delgada, and our apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.

Having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with transportation and adding thoughtful touches throughout our stay. It was a great mix of a boutique hotel and a private apartment, and we would happily stay again.

Agréable et efficace
Pros:

La configuration générale est très soignée sur le thème général d’une galerie d’art contemporain sur le modèle du cube blanc mais en parvenant à y mettre du charme et de la bienveillance. Tout le personnel est agréable et prévenant, un grand merci à toute l’équipe!

Cons:

Il pourrait être utile d’avoir un espace pour faire sécher ses affaires de plage (ou de pluie 😉)

Great staff, excellent location, large and clean room
Pros:

The staff at the casa de galeria went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. They communicated well before and during our stay. When we told them we would leave before breakfast started, they provided us a bagged lunch to go, which was delicious. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The location was great!

Cons:

Nothing - everything was wonderful!

Établissement bien tenu sympa à Ponta Delgada
Pros:

Studio très sympa, nous y avons passé une nuit en transit entre 2 avions, navette aéroport pratique (15 euros quand même) on n’a pas eu le temps de tester la piscine! Dommage!

Parfait et idéal.
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal. Le calme. La disponibilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner à la carte. La piscine (petite) mais bienvenue. Les équipements de l’appartement.

Overall a warm and wonderful place to stay in a central location in the island to access the East and West and Nortgern
Pros:

Everything from the friendly staff, to the spacious room with everything included, unique facilities and the amazing breakfast delivered to our room each morning!

Cons:

The location of the parking garage was a little tough to access when you’re not used to navigating the narrow streets of Ponta Delgada. However, the staff were helpful!

Beyond excellent
Pros:

We enjoyed a marvelous stay, from the time of booking to check out, the communications and service was exceptional. The room was clean, breakfast had variety and was delicious and plentiful. The attention to detail was superb. The art gallery, pool and sauna, sitting areas scatttered around. They supplied yellow towels for the thermal baths. There was free parking throughout our stay. The location was perfect for strolling the old town with several excellent restaurants nearby. Such a warm and fantastic start to our Azores adventure, thank you for everything 🙏

Todos nossos dias foram maravilhosos.
Ótima cama, travesseiros , café da manhã e o excelente atendimento da Marlene e todos funcionários. Retornaria com certeza para essa acomodação

Host the property cat was awesome. The apartment itself was very well laid out and large fridge/freezer was a plus
