Enjoyed the stay very much.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good and the options to select from made everyone happy.
The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything needed was there and also very clean.

Besser geht es nicht!

Perfekter Aufenthalt!
Das erste Hotel, in dem ich nichts von den Zimmernachbarn gehört habe! Superfreundliches Personal, nach den eigenen Wünschen anpassbares Frühstück zur gewünschten Uhrzeit aufs Zimmer. Tolle Lage, man hat in Fußnähe eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einzig den Verkehr hört man ein bisschen im Zimmer, war aber nicht schlimm, hab mich schnell daran gewöhnt und wichtiger war mir, dass ich nicht durch Zimmernachbarn gestört wurde. Die paar Verkehrsgeräusche nahm ich gerne in Kauf, dafür dass man nah am Zentrum übernachtet.
Und bei der Ausstattung der Zimmer wurde an alles gedacht! Kopfkissen in verschiedenen Varianten, Bademantel, Slipper, Körperpflegeprodukte, sogar eine Küchenwaage stand zur Verfügung.
Sollte ich nochmal auf die Azoren reisen, würde ich mich gar nicht nach einem anderen Hotel umschauen - besser als Casa da Galeria geht es nicht!

Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral. Die ausgestellten Bilder in der Galerie Geschmackssache, in Summe süß gemacht, eher minimalistisch. Dachterrasse ist nett. Personal freundlich und bemüht. Haus grundsätzlich modern. Abholung vom Flughafen für 15 Euro klappte. Taxen gibt es aber auch und sind günstiger.
Tägliches Frühstück aufs Zimmer kam pünktlich und war auch ganz süß. Das Bestellen und Tablett abholen bringt allerdings einiges an extra Kommunikation. Küche funktional ausgestattet. Betten sehr bequem. 4 Stühle und Sofa boten genug Sitzgelegenheiten.
Wir hatten erst Apartment 1 und durften dies freundlicher Weise wechseln zu Apartment 7. Das war sehr nett.

Cons:

Apartment 1 hatte nur ein schmales kippbares Fenster. Die Belüftung war uns für ein Zimmer mit Wohn-, Schlaf-, Kochbereich und innenliegendem Badezimmer am Ende des Zimmers nicht ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage als Alternative zu nennen ist kein Frischluftersatz. Das Fenster ging auf Parkplatz und Innenhof mit Aschenbechern. Zweites Fenster nicht zu öffnen, dafür Zimmer sehr hell.
Apartment 7 hatte dann 2 Fenster kippbar zur stark befahrenen Hauptstraße raus. Es war besser geschnitten und hatte eine moderne Glasduschwand, das andere hatte einen Vorgang und war eigentlich für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet.
Stauraum gibt es faktisch nicht. Der Kleiderschrank ist voll mit Kissen, Bademänteln u.ä., keine Garderobenhaken für nasse Straßenkleidung am Eingang, keine Regale im Bad oder extra Haken für Bademäntel. Man lebte also aus dem Koffer trotz des recht großen Zimmers.
Stadtblick war nicht. Blick runter auf einen Dachvorsprung und gegenüber auf ein Haus.
Mit dem lauten Wasserboiler, von dem hier einige schrieben, machten wir auch Bekanntschaft, ohne Vorwarnung.
Der Pool ist wirklich klein und reicht zum Abkühlen. Die Liegen und der Außenbereich könnten gemütlicher sein, dann wäre es eine kleine Oase in der Innenstadt.
Grundsätzlich war das Apartment sauber, leider hatten wir aber immer wieder fremde Haare im Bett und im Bad.

Für mich war bei der Buchung besonders wichtig ein Haus zu wählen, dass keine Haustiere gestattet, da ein akuter Allergiker dabei war. Leider stand bei Buchung nirgendwo etwas von der Hauskatze, die sich im gesamten Erdgeschoss aufhielt, auf Sofas, auf dem Tresen, im Hof, usw., sodass man immer draußen warten musste, um einen Allergieschub zu vermeiden.

Alojamiento muy céntrico y personal muy atento. Cama grande y muy cómoda con distintas opciones almohadas. Cuidan mucho los detalles, tanto al llegar como durante la estancia y al salir. Desayuno muy bueno y completo.

Pros:

Pobyt w Casa da Galeria w Ponta Delgada był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie – hotel bardzo czysty, zadbany i świetnie zorganizowany. Ogromnym plusem były pyszne, regionalne śniadania, dzięki którym można było poczuć klimat Azorów już od samego rana.

Personel zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – niezwykle pomocny, serdeczny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Od początku do końca czuliśmy się mile widziani. Bardzo wygodnym udogodnieniem był również transport z i na lotnisko, który przebiegł sprawnie i bezproblemowo.

To miejsce ma wyjątkową atmosferę i zdecydowanie chętnie wrócilibyśmy tam ponownie. Gorąco polecam!

Parfait pour visiter le centre ville
Pros:
