Parking is very hard,take time to check in so cannot park simply,, first give wrong studio, After that quickly he change our studio room, so far the service okay but need to improve more faster, I and my friend travel along from Johor, melaka, penang and perak, we need to stay around 30-40minit before get a room, the instructions at booking not clear, can improve the information regarding the booking purporse or else need to remind customer directly by ws to sent the booking number and pin, so that easier before check in.
