Im Notfall niemand erreichbar
Cons:

Unklare Beschreibung der Zugangsdaten beim online Check-in führten dazu dass ich die Unterkunft nicht betreten konnte. Das Problem war dann dass sich unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer 1,5 Stunden lang niemand gemeldet hat und ich mir kurz vor Mitternacht eine alternative Unterkunft suchen musste. Auf mein Ansuchen um Rückerstattung der Übernachtungsgebühr hat der Vermieter nicht reagiert bzw. war telefonisch nicht erreichbar.
Über die Unterkunft selber kann ich nichts sagen, da ich Sie ja nie betreten konnte.

Super Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Für einen Kurztrip empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind wertig ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns war das gebuchte Zimmer zu laut und wir durften kostenlos wechseln. Die Lage ist super - alles in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das Haus von außen und im Flur ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Parkplatz ist mit 20 Euro zu teuer. Und wie schon oft erwähnt, wäre eine Abgrenzung zwischen den Apartments auf dem Balkon schön. Preis in Höhe von 150,- Euro etwas zu hoch.

Pros:

Moderne Inneneinrichtung, sehr gutes Badezimmer, sehr zentrale Lage mitten im Ort. Ca 15 min zu Fuß zum Seebad waren aber ok.

Cons:

Auf der Beschreibung bei Booking ist leider nicht deutlich genug hervorgegangen, dass es sich nur um ein einzelnes Zimmer ohne Küchenzeile/Spüle handelt (Dieses war tadellos, allerdings etwas beengt) Parkgebühren von 20 EUR am Tag! empfinde ich als etwas überhöht. Auch dieses ist in der Anzeige bei Booking nicht deutlich genug hervorgehoben worden.

Pros:

Čisto, pokoj přiměřený. Pouze jedna noc při cestě do Itálie.

Cons:

Při příjezdu nebyla karta v předem domluvené schránce. Nutné telefonicky kontaktovat majitele. Nakonec jiná schránka než předem domluvená. Poté vše bez problému.

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Bei ca. 35 Grad Außentemperatur und südseitig gelegenem Zimmer sehr heiß
