Pros:

Tulajdonos nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt. A szállás abszolút a központban van. Minden gyalogosan megközelíthető.

Das kontaktlose Einchecken wurde uns ausführlich erklärt und hat SEHR GUT funktioniert!
Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, liebevoll dekoriert und das BADEZIMMER hell, sauber und modern!

Won’t make a reservation again.
Pros:

It was easy to check in and facilities are recent.

Cons:

There is a train track right behind the apartment and the freight train rides often makes a lot of noise, several times in an hour, waking you up each time. Not used to a train track right next to the place where I am staying.

Pros:

Sehr gute Zentrale Lage. Geräumigund modern eingerichtet. Teilweise jedoch reperaturbedürftig.

Cons:

Wir hatten im Appartment eine Ameisenplage bis ind die Küche. Uns wurde jedoch sofort nach Verfügbarkeit ein anderes Appartement zugewiesen.

Pros:

Unsere Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Der riesen Balkon mit einer Treppe zur Dachterrasse war natürlich absolut geil mit 360 Grad Blick über Pörtschach.
Die Lage ist gut, man hat's nicht weit bis zum Bahnhof oder zur nächstes Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Ebenfalls ist der Weg zum Wasser auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Alles in allem war es sehr angenehm

Das Zimmer war schön, jedoch organisatorisch konnten wir alle nur den Kopf schütteln.
Pros:

Das Apartment an sich ist sehr modern und groß eingerichtet. Ein wirklich schönes Zimmer für einen Urlaub. Die Lage ist natürlich auch super.

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt organisatorisch sehr enttäuschend. Allen Gästen der Apartments wurden Parkplätze zugesichert, jedoch herrschte vor Ort völliges Chaos. Die Autos mussten sich gegenseitig einparken, da viel zu wenige Parkplätze vor Ort waren wodurch man morgens nur wegfahren konnte, wenn zuerst andere Gäste ihre Fahrzeuge entfernten. Dafür mussten wir fremde Personen anrufen, was regelmäßig zu Diskussionen und großem Ärger führte.

Auch den Zugangscode für das Apartment haben wir erst in letzter Minute erhalten – und das nur nach zahlreichen Anrufen unsererseits. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Thomas Trieb hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde mehrmals versprochen, dass er sich melden würde, was jedoch nie passiert ist.

Erst am Tag der Anreise, nachdem wir bereits über 30 Minuten vor dem verschlossenen Apartment warten mussten, wurden wir von einer deutschen Nummer kontaktiert. Herr Jürgen war sehr bemüht, freundlich und hat sich auch dafür entschuldigt, dass wir den Zimmercode bis dahin noch nicht erhalten hatten. Zusätzlich haben andere Gäste berichtet, dass manche Apartments trotz bereits erfolgter Bezahlung doppelt vergeben wurden. Insgesamt gab es während unseres Aufenthalts leider sehr viele organisatorische Probleme.

Gutes Appartement in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Gute, zentrale Lage, sauber und das Apartment war gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wenn etwas, dann, dass das zweite Bett direkt im Wohnbereich gestanden hat. War aber kein großes Problem.
