Хороший отель в хорошем месте
Pros:

-отличное расположение. Недалеко до достопримечательностей и транспорта. В 5-10 минутах от отеля красивая набережная с видом на Мраморное море
-в номере есть всё необходимое для проживания (кондиционер, чайник, несколько приборов, тарелка, фен…)
-очень дружелюбный персонал

Cons:

-подтекает ванная

I enjoyed my stay <3
Pros:

Апартаменты расположены в шаговой доступности до главных достопримечательностей Стамбула. Рядом находится магазин с приятными ценами и ресторанчики с вкусной едой. Номер чистый и уютный, есть все необходимое. Это был мой первый опыт в одиночном путешествии, остался очень доволен. Отдельное спасибо владельцу апартаментов Эсату за гостеприимство и отзывчивость, обязательно вернусь снова!

Хороший отель с демократичной ценой.
Pros:

Хороший, недорогой отель с хорошим расположением и видом с балкона. Чтобы добраться не нужно такси, прямой автобус из аэропорта останавливается недалеко. От станции Кумкапы до отеля 3-5 минут пешком. Район оживленный, все рядом. Есть районы более тихие, но цена там будет уже другая. Вид с балкона шикарный, на православный византийский храм. Да, есть нюанс: нужно подниматься по узкой лестнице. Но это того стоит. Сам номер небольшой, но все необходимое имеется, холодильник, чайник, душевая кабина.

Pros:

主人很友善，會來詢問是否需要幫助，位置在海岸邊第二排，附近的機能很好，有很多餐廳、小賣店、旅行社，距離電車站步行約8分鐘，這一帶也有很多服飾店

Cons:

從電車站往南邊海岸方向是斜坡，腳不方便的旅客在用地圖選住宿點的時候可能需要注意

Очень приятная цена, но сам номер был не слишком удобный.
Красивый вид из окна, удобное расположение, нормальная кровать.
Ванные принадлежности были, кондиционер работал.
Изначально в номере не работал фен, но после сообщения принесли новый работающий.

Cons:

Основной минус - пришлось ждать заселения 2 часа, хотя каждый раз говорили, что через 15 мин номер будет готов.
Очень неудобная раковина, очень маленькая (на фото видно), умываться крайне сложно.
Wi-fi работал слабовато.

Consiglio vivamente di prenotare!
Pros:

Personale disponibilissimo, per un ritardo aereo ho dovuto fare check in molto tardi e il responsabile mi ha subito tranquillizzata per messaggio dicendo che avrebbe aspettato.
Per il resto a 7 minuti a piedi (in salita) da strada principale di Sultanahmet, zona bella e ricca di strutture da visitare
Uber arriva facilmente alla struttura

Cons:

Purtroppo il bagno poco ventilato, ma la stanza pulita, completa e molto comoda

Власник Есат великий молодець. Щиро дякуємо за приємне перебування у нього в отелі. Повернемось обовʼязково знову. Дяку

Приємно вражені гостинністю та сервісом власника Есата. Завжди був на звʼязку, будь яке прохання відразу виконувалось. Було чисто та приємно відпочивати тут. Тепер в Стамбулі будемо однозначно тільки його гостями.
