Vieles was auf booking drin steht, stimmt nicht überein mit der Unterkunft. Sie haben gefühlt alles angeklickt um Kunden

Cons:

Auf booking stand bei der unterkunft das parkservice enthalten ist. Ich kam da an und fragte nach, die meinten wir haben kein parkplatz. Darauf hab ich gefragt aber auf booking steht es so drin. Die meinten ja der parkplatz 100m weg ist sicher dort kannst du parken für 2 Nächte, was mich nochmal 40€ gekostet hat.

Pros:

‏the hosts are soooo nice , constantly asking us if we need anything and making sure we feel comfortable throughout our stay , the room is clean and has somewhat a good space for its price . The accommodation has an easy access to public transport whether it is metro or bus . If ypu are travelling to istanbul on budget i highly recommend this place because it definitely is great and i hope they receive more customers for their kindness and welcoming attitude.

Camere un po' piccole, specie quella sul retro senza balcone, però pulite e fresche. Si stava bene anche senza aria condizionata lasciando di notte le finestre socchiuse. I due fratelli, proprietari della struttura, sono gentilissimi e hanno due negozi proprio davanti e a fianco della porta di ingresso...massima sicurezza!! Ci hanno organizzato anche i transfer da e per l'aeroporto, tutto ok. Zona tranquilla e piena di caffè e ristoranti. Tram a 10 minuti a piedi ma bazar e moschea blu raggiungibili a piedi in 10/15 minuti

Pros:

Un juste équilibre entre prix et offre, plus particulièrement au dernier étage, côté vue sur la mer. Le quartier est populaire ce qui lui donne du caractère. Le gestionnaire de l'immeuble , tenant la boutique d'alimentation d'en face a répondu positivement quand je me suis plaint de mal dormir en raison des bruits de la rue. Je l'en remercie

Колоритный район и доброжелательный хозяин
Pros:

Доброжелательный хозяин, готов был доставить клубнику в 11 вечера) по первой просьбе выдавались чистые полотенца, утюг, мыло и прочее.

До главных достопримечательностей подать рукой, до площади Султанахмет 2 остановки на трамвае, да и сам район Кумкапы колоритный - много старинных церквей (в том числе ассирийская, греческая, армянская) и мечетей, в 5 минутах пешком - Мраморное море. В номере был интересный эркер аж с 5 окнами, под окном росла прекрасная липа и виднелась старинная церковь Айя Кирьяки.

Горячая вода была бесперебойно, что, по моему опыту, не так уж часто встречается)

Cons:

Не знаю, как обстоит дело в прочих номерах, но наш (4, с эркером) нуждался в уборке и ремонте.
Санузел не очень удобный - душевая крошечная, унитаз за дверью, умыться над раковиной невозможно, т.к. над ней нависает полка, которая, в свою очередь, так искривилась, что на нее ничего нельзя поставить. При включении света в ванной сразу включается вентиляция, которая работает весьма громко, это иногда раздражало.

Многие отмечают, что в здании крутая узкая лестница и нет лифта, но я бы сказала, что это общая особенность Стамбула - если вы боитесь крутых подъемов и узких лестниц, этот город не для вас) Сам отель, кстати, находится у подножия холма, и до трамвая вам также придется подниматься около 500 метров по крутому склону (но в 5 минутах от отеля ниже по склону, на берегу моря, ходит электричка).
