Really nice location because you’re in between Broadbeach and surfers paradise, nice view, front desk staff are so so lovely, decent size apartment

Cons:

Only downside was that is wasn’t the cleanest, carpets were quite gross & bathroom/shower floor

Great place for a Surfers vacation. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Staff, location, cleanliness, apartment.

Cons:

Lifts were slow at times. Apartment was great but starting to show signs of wear & tear (needing a freshen up).

Pros:

We were given an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment.
The apartment was very clean and the location was excellent. Free basement parking is provided.
We were greeted with a friendly smile.
All areas of the complex were very clean.
I would highly recommend the Artique Resort.

Cons:

Would have preferred a queen size bed rather than a double bed.

It is a overall nice place to stay for holiday.
Pros:

There are swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room and also BBQ place. That was wonderful having spa and sauna after a long day walking.

Cons:

There is a bit smell of painting when we first got in and also some noise from the construction and tram nearby.
