Affidabilità.
Pros:

Sistemazione nella camera 4 molto più comoda e spaziosa delle altre.
Frequento questa struttura da 5 anni. Personale sempre professionale e gentile. Pulizia ottima. Comodo sposarsi con i bus con la fermata davanti alla struttura. Supermercati e locali a portata di mano. Ospedale San Gerardo vicinissimo.
Consiglio se si viene a Monza per visite e cure presso l'ospedale.

Einmal reicht
Cons:

Empfang; ich hatte barrierefrei angefragt und musste meine Frau im Rollstuhl über die steile Tiefgaranausfahrt zum Hotel schieben.
Erst später haben wir selber den Aufzug entdeckt. Trotz vorheriger Frage wurde er uns nicht mitgeteilt

Appartamento gradevole e completo nelle dotazioni
Pros:

L'appartamento era almeno come potevo immaginare dalle descrizioni online, direi addirittura meglio.
Le riposte dello staff alle mie domande in fase di prenotazione sono state puntuali e chiare.

Si comunica con lo staff solo via mail o telefono. Solo codici di accesso per accedere. Auguriamoci sempre che non manchi la corrente elettrica e che ci sia una buona connessione altrimenti si rimane chiusi fuori

Soggiorno appena sopportabile per due notti, sconsiglio.

La zona dove si trova sembra tranquilla, con vari servizi a pochi passi.

Cons:

Quasi tutto, intanto non abbiamo soggiornato al "Luna di Monza" poichè ci avevano comunicato che c'erano stati dei malintesi con Booking e se ci andava bene a pochi metri avevano altra residenza "Villa Regina" con monolocale superior allo stesso prezzo, abbiamo accettato, anche perchè la signora che ci ha chiamato è stata gentilissima. La cosa che più di tutto non ci è piaciuta son stati gli altri locatari (probabili inquilini affittuari fissi) che parlavano e gridavano fino a notte fonda che di fatto non ci hanno fatto dormire sonni tranquilli. Il monolocale era probabilmente un ex-garage sotto il piano stradale, con dei parcheggi proprio fronte l'ingresso scomodissimi per quattro auto di grandi dimensioni, tanto che la sera ho dovuto parcheggiare fuori per non rischiare. La prima sera ho fatto la doccia fredda poichè non arrivava l'acqua calda, o meglio all'inizio sì ma dopo qualche istante è diventata fredda, quindi primo impatto negativo. Reception il sabato non presente. Da ciò che ho potuto vedere mi dava l'impressione che anche al "Luna di Monza" la cosa non fosse migliore.
