Rien!!! c'est juste médiocre cela ne vraiment pas le prix payé.
Je vais voir avec Booking pour régler un gros problème.
La pire location de ma vie.

Cons:

À l’arrivée à 19h, il n’y avait personne à la réception, ce qui rend l’accueil compliqué. L’accès se fait uniquement via une application mobile : en cas de batterie déchargée, impossible d’ouvrir la porte, ce qui peut vite devenir problématique.
Le “petit-déjeuner” ne correspond absolument pas à ce que l’on peut attendre. Il s’agit simplement d’un minuscule panier contenant deux petits jus de fruits, deux madeleines et deux capsules de café — rien à voir avec un véritable petit-déjeuner.
De plus, l’espace cafétéria / cuisine n’était pas propre et donnait une impression négligée, avec des produits entamés dans le réfrigérateur.
Enfin, dès 6h–7h du matin, des personnes parlaient et fumaient dans le corridor. L’odeur de cigarette était très présente et incommodante.
Franchement, on est loin des standards d’un service hôtelier.
Ce qui me choque particulièrement, ce sont les commentaires, très éloignés de la réalité constatée lors de mon séjour, ce qui soulève des interrogations quant à leur fiabilité!

La proprietaria è una donna super disponibile e affidabile, ci aiutati molto anche per cose non inerenti al soggiorno.

Ho alloggiato qui perché la mattina dopo avrei girato al Tazio Nuvolari.Posizione ottima quindi per occasioni del genere

Il self check-in e la possibilità di aprire e chiudere tramite telefono.Sembra una stupidaggine ma in realtà ti dà la possibilità di essere parecchio indipendente

Forse la pulizia della cucina.Credo non dipenda dall’host ma dagli ospiti che vi erano in quel momento però

Pros:

A lot of noise. We were woken up at 5:30 every morning (except Sunday) by a group of people who were very loud (probably workers going to work?). The kitchen was nasty, often dirty things were left in the sink and everything had to be washed before use. The fridge was full of stuff and people were not using the boxes meant to keep stuff separate. For this reason we only used the kitchen minimally.

The room we had had some kind of emergency light over the entrance door meaning that the room was not really dark at night. Another factor contributing to poor sleep.
