Schönes Appartment an guter Lage, freundliches Personal, Garten mit Pool

Posizione centrale, molto silenzioso, palazzo antico con stanza fresca

Cons:

Devi prepararti la colazione da solo in camera. Ti forniscono lo stretto necessario e se lo prenoti anche un cornetto a testa e un po' di pane e prosciutto cotto.
La piccola piscina è un po' trascurata. In generale tutta la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un pochino di lavori

Pros:

Posizione strategica, molto vicino al centro, parcheggio a due passi gratuito, camera pulitissima e tutto l’occorrente per la colazione. La piscina inoltre ha dato un tocco magico al nostro tramonto. Bellissimo

Giardini in stato di abbandono. Piscina poco curata. Sdrai sformati . Check in dalle tre alle sei blocca tutto il pomeriggio.

Personale gentile, camera spaziosa, ben pulito, cucina attrezzata. Buona la colazione, con la scelta anche di alcune aggiunte ( pane, affettato , formaggio, croissant).

Cons:

La piscina è da sistemare, poltroncine/sdraio scomode, usurate, bollenti con manici in ferro. La foto pubblicata nel sito non le assomiglia lontanamente, è sicuramente di 10 anni fa...

I materassi non comodi, seppur mi fossi portata un mini fouton di memory da posizionare sopra. Buoni i cuscini in memory. Suggerisco di cambiare i materassi da molle a memory ortopedico che soddisferebbe ogni singola e particolare esigenza.

Camera spaziosa e completa di tutto (inclusa anche una piccola cucina, con frigorifero e attrezzature varie). Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Personale cordiale.

Cons:

La colazione. La camera dispone di prodotti di base per la colazione (latte, succhi, yogurt, fette biscottate, marmellate, crema nocciole, biscotti in porzioni mono, il tutto, in particolare il secco, in quantità limitata, ad esempio due marmellatine). È possibile integrare la colazione con dei prodotti extra che sono consegnati in camera al mattino (cornetti vuoti, affettati, pane). Suggerirei di arricchire la colazione, anche integrando il prezzo se necessario. Pulizia apparentemente buona, ma in realtà il pavimento risulta polveroso, forse per la tipologia di materiale...nel complesso comunque, esperienza piuttosto positiva

Ottimo hotel a Massa Marittima
Pros:

Con mia moglie siamo tornati dopo 4 anni in questo hotel e non abbiamo trovato differenze.
Non abbiamo individuato ne miglioramenti ne peggioramenti.

Petit déjeuner pris dans la chambre.
Parking à proximité.
Calme.

Cons:

Environnement piscine pas très entretenu et donc pas agréable.
Emplacement à environ 15mn de marche vers le centre historique avec un bon dénivelé.

Albergo molto bello, le camere curate nell'arredamento e nella pulizia, posizione centrale si raggiunge il centro in cinque minuti a piedi, staff disponibile e gentile. Questa è la terza volta che soggiornato qua nma è sempre un piacere ritorneremo sicuramente.
