We had a great time at Komatsu residence, our favourite accomodation during our trip to Japan.
Pros:

Clean, modern apartment. 2 BR allowed kids and parents to have their own space, plus a shared living room. Very quiet and private despite being close to all the attractions of Gion.

Perfect for all the personalities of Kyoto!
Pros:

Our host was amazing, the place is located near everything. If you walk 5 mins one direction you are transported back in time to the Edo period and if you walk 10 mins to the other you are in the heart of the city with shopping for miles. The place has everything you need!

Incroyable appartement typique très bien placé à Gion
Pros:

Tout ! Cet appartement est incroyable ! Situé dans une résidence, il a le charme de l'ancien et le confort du moderne. L'appartement est grand, il est tout équipé, climatisé; sécurisé par un digicode. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Un adorable jardin intérieur donne sur le salon, la salle de bain est très belle, une des chambres avait des tatamis. On a été accueilli par Takase San avec qui nous avions communiqué par whatsapp pour fixer l'heure de remise des clés. Il a été très réactif et serviable. Il nous a également aider pour le transport de nos valises jusqu'à Tokyo. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, à 2 min de l'arrêt de bus 206 qui amène à la gare, des kombinis. La pagode Houkan-ji est à deux rues en face, 4 min à pied, tout comme la rue de ninenzaka. Incroyable à visiter tot le matin ou le soir quand les touristes sont partis. J'y retournerais sans hésiter, je recommande à 100%.

Rien, tout était parfait, j'y retournerais si je reviens.

Superb apartments that are well-equipped: our party had one studio apartment for a couple and a two-bedroom apartment. both were top-not h. We were greeted by Takese, who liaised with us before arriving, kindly helped us settle in and was available throughout our stay to assist us if needed. The apartments are located on a quiet side street with two restaurants within a minute's walk. The bus is to Kyoto or to Nishiki Market is two minutes. You can easily walk to the heart of Gion.

othing. All good. Note that in some rooms you sleep on Tatami mats.

Apanhamos chuva e o alojamento teve a atenção de ter chapéus de chuva à disposição.
Equipa muito simpática e disponível. Localização excelente !

Pouco espaço para colocação de malas mas para nós não era relevante. Adorei ficar neste alojamento
