The pictures are quite photogenic and don’t accurately reflect the actual place. We were also surprised by how small it is. The cost per night doesn’t seem justified for the limited space.

Good comfortable stay, Clean, neat and tidy room, The Host of th house is a wonderful lady very helpful and always abail

The property is situated in a very decent and quiet colony where there are several other flats.
It is approx 12 mints from International Airport also very well located with other local attractions of Almaty city like Arbat street, Mega Mall etc

Cons:

The property is too much silent sometimes you feel you are living in the entire area all alone.

Cons:

The pictures do not reflects the reality of the room. The room was very much smaller than the pictures, it was really humide and uncomfortable for two people. We did a laundry and it tokes more than two days to dry.
