Good location, clean and value for money.
Pros:

Centrally located and room was big enough for one person even with a double bed. It was clean and I felt safe as a single traveller.
There were no kettle facilities which, but a lovely coffee shop over the road.
It was easy access to the room with electronic security keypads to use. It had several steps to the room which was a difficult challenge as I walk with a crutch.
Its quiet but no staff available.

Cons:

The steps at the entrance to the apartments which would be extremely slippy on wet days.

Spacious room, nice bathroom. Basic toiletries provided.

Cons:

I think it would be better to have a mini fridge in the rooms for personal items as I didn't feel able to leave liquid in the communal fridge in this day and age.

Centralissimo, comodissimo e pulitissimo.
Un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Si trova in un vicoletto proprio dietro la strada pedonale principale della città. Da questa posizione abbiamo potuto visitare a piedi, prendere l’autobus o Bolt facilmente. Nonostante non ci sia una reception fisica i gestori sono sempre disponibili e attenti sulla chat di Booking per qualsiasi evenienza. Se dovessimo ricapitare a Kaunas torneremo sicuramente qui e lo consigliamo ad amici che hanno voglia di fare il nostro stesso viaggio. Grazie Kaunas Garden ❤️

Hard to rest
Pros:

Good location, very close to the main street. Descend place if you’re not looking for good comfort and rest

Cons:

It was very noisy all night long from the slamming doors and since the early morning from the kitchenette which is in the hallway

Puiki lokacija. Viena iš lovų patogi

Cons:

Ryte neleido miegoti parduotuvės šalia esančios atvežamos prekės ir sunkvežimis. Už durų yra virtuvė kurioje žmonės ryte neleidžia ilsėtis, gali neatsidaryti durys kambario kai yra indaplovė atidaryta. Vonioje trūko vintiliacijos, dušo pakraščiai apaugę... Dušo kabinos stiklas nešvarus. Mazesneje lovoje jaučiasi spyruoklės kietos ir jau nusidevejusios. Trūksta tai lovaj antciuzinio.

Perfect stay for a night

Good location, there are common spaces and kitchen facilities.

Cons:

I have stayed there 2 times, you pay the same for any room, but some rooms are smaller and not comfortable for 2 people egile some are a little bit bigger.
The shower curtain seems not very clean.

Not to much.

Cons:

Despite the fact that was clearly written on the public profile that all taxes and fees are included, they asked for extra city tax sending me a link to pay. That was cheating and i don't recommend staying here. I asked for refund but... nothing (although they promised they will). Plenty of good places to stay in Kaunas, don't bother booking here.
