Τέλειο γιά ολιγοήμερη παραμονή στην πόλη!
Pros:

Όλσ ήταν τέλεια! Ήσυχο, καθαρότατο, όχι ιδιαίτερα μακριά από το κέντρο. Με το τραμ πήγαινες κατευθείαν στην κεντρική αγορά! Θα το πρότεινα σε άλλους ανεπιφύλακτα!

Δεν έχω κάτι να πώ.

Funcional, agradable y algo apartado del centro
Pros:

Limpieza y funcionalidad

Cons:

Está en una zona poco turística, y rodeado de un entorno bastante solitario.
El único problema que tuve con un vecino que estuvo cocinando durante más de 3 horas una tarde, con la campana con un ruido insoportable y los olores de su sofrito invadiendo mi estudio, ya que compartíamos el conducto de las campanas.

Tranquilo, silencioso. Ideal para descansar mientras se conoce Letonia.
Pros:

El lugar está bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad, con muchos parques cerca. Es el lugar más silencioso y tranquilo que he visitado, invita a caminar por el vecindario todo el día.

Cons:

No hay ascensor. Pero no es problema en realidad.

Pros:

Расположение очень хорошее. Тихий двор, рядом трамвай, электричка, магазин и кафе. Останавливаюсь второй раз.

Cons:

Не понравилось, что очень слышно соседскую вытяжку и запах идёт в комнату. Долго нагревается вода и в кухне слабый напор.

Rilassante ambiente appartato
Pros:

Il lavello aveva straccetti in fibra per l'appoggio delle posate, più spugna, insomma attenzione ai dettagli.
La vista della camera sul grande cortile boscoso, dagli altissimi tigli, sull'edificio abbandonato, vecchio stile e un po' fatiscente.
Bell'ambiente, tranquillo, silenzioso.
Il tram 10 si prende accanto alla stazione degli autobus (autostajes), sul secondo binario a cui si accede tramite sottopassaggio. Si scende alla 6a fermata: Satiksmes. Si imbocca di fronte Tornakalna Iela che costeggia un parco con chiesa luterana; si prende la prima strada asfaltata sulla sinistra, Indrika Iela, giusto prima delle rotaie della ferrovia. La casa degli studenti è collocata all'interno, vicino ad un altro lungo edificio.
Biglietti e abbonamenti per i mezzi di trasporto dentro alla stazione degli autobus, alla cassa del supermercato Narvesen.

Cons:

Il wifi debole; non riuscivo a connettermi. Ho pagato solo 33 euro a notte ma è un peccato non poter collegarsi, nelle stanze.
Non è uscita acqua calda dal rubinetto e ho rimandato la doccia all'albergo seguente; forse se avessi insistito alla fine sarebbe arrivata?

Definitively a nice place to stay when you want to explore Riga.
