Je souhaite signaler plusieurs problèmes rencontrés dans l’hébergement.

À notre arrivée, la chasse d’eau fonctionnait mal. Nous l’avons signalé à l’établissement, qui nous a indiqué avoir effectué une réparation. Après leur intervention, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait plus du tout. Nous avons dû les recontacter en urgence, car les toilettes étaient devenues inutilisables.

Par ailleurs, l’établissement nous a informés que nous ne devons pas jeter le papier toilette dans les toilettes, mais dans un sac poubelle que nous devons à chaque fois mettre sur le balcon pour éviter les odeurs dans l'appartement, en raison de l’ancienneté de leur système de plomberie. Cette information ne figurait pas clairement avant notre réservation et nous ne nous attendions pas à ce type de contrainte, surtout pour un séjour d’un montant de 889 € la semaine.

En outre, nous sommes également confrontés à une importante présence de fourmis dans l’hébergement. Elles sont présentes dans plusieurs endroits du logement, ce qui est particulièrement désagréable et nuit au confort de notre séjour.

Face à ces différents désagréments, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Malheureusement, l’établissement nous a indiqué que cela n’était pas possible, celui-ci étant complet.

Nous comprenons que certains bâtiments anciens puissent avoir des limitations techniques, mais nous estimons que ce type d’information, tout comme les éventuels problèmes susceptibles d’affecter le confort des voyageurs, devrait être communiqué avant la réservation afin que les clients puissent réserver en toute connaissance de cause.

Nous souhaitions donc vous informer de cette situation et savoir s’il est possible d’obtenir un geste commercial ou une assistance de votre part, au regard des différents désagréments rencontrés.

La struttura è situata proprio di fronte a San Giorgio Bay, è un po’ datata. La struttura è abbastanza comoda soprattutto perché dotata di piscina.
Purtroppo , nella mia stanza ho trovato delle formiche nonostante il veleno e lo scarico del WC non era funzionante.
Per il resto tutto ok. Staff accogliente, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione.

Staff cordiale e disponibile. Cambio asciugamani e rifiuti ogni giorno. La stanza affaccia sulla spiaggia e di lato c'è la piscina con acqua salata.

Cons:

Purtroppo le tende lasciano passare la luce e c'è molto rumore per la movida che va avanti almeno fino alle 6 di mattina. Non c'è l'ascensore e il bidet.

o imóvel ficava num beco, enquanto a foto no site mostra uma vista do mar, no local mesmo era só mato. O pátio do local pura sujeira, resto de obras, mal cuidado. uma escada enorme pra subir, minha amiga tem problemas de mobilidade e ficou muito ruim subir e descer durante a hospedagem. Banheiro com mofo, assento do vaso todo sujo, sem limpeza na acomodação
