Pros:

La ubicación, la cama era comoda

Cons:

Decía dos habitaciones, pero en realidad es una y sala con sofá cama, no hay baño abajo, no logramos que saliera agua caliente,el lugar es lindo, pero no hay privacidad entre los espacios, cumple su función.

Great spot. Huge room and shower. Clean. Would stay again.
Pros:

Liked the size and cleanliness of the room. Loved the free parking that is right beside the hotel. Staff was very nice. WiFi worked well. Had safe drinking water in the kitchen area which I thought was very thoughtful and convenient for out of town people.

Cons:

The hotel is 3 stories and no elevator so getting bags up and down from the third floor wasn’t ideal but the staff helped me.

We enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Room was clean & spacious, beds were comfy, having a kitchen was great, staff were friendly and responsive, the plaza was not too far, parking area is right beside the hotel, they have multiple security cameras throughout the building and at the parking area. No issues with hot or cold water. There were several clean towels available in the room. The mini split in the room did cool down room but I would’ve personally preferred it to be much cooler. Bramido restaurant is located 1 block down, which we were able to walk to. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Cons:

We were confused about the soap dispensers in the shower, was not sure if one was shampoo, conditioner or body wash. We were on the third floor and there aren’t any elevators, it wasn’t an issue for us but I can see this being an issue for others.

Estresante el comportamiento de el hotel mejor no tengan un negocio de tanta responsabilidad

Los cojines de la cama estaban sucios , el baño se mojaba todo , demasiada luz sin cortinas oscuras , el ruido era demasiado , el servicio pésimo , las toallas rotas de que no compran nada no se actualizan , las puertas no servían , no había elevador ,

Muy comodo, muy atentos, excelente servicio y ubicación

Me gusto mucho la atención en recepción. No tienes eso en otras plataformas en las que solo pones un codigo en una cajita y te avientan la llave.

Cons:

Hubo musica por la mañana, pero fue fuera del hotel, entonces no podemos culparlos. Todo perfecto con el hotel.
