Check-in and key collection takes place at Schweigaardsgate 15B, 0191 Oslo. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights.
Final cleaning is included for all stays.
Parking is available for an extra fee.
The maximum height to enter the car park is 6.6 feet high.
If you book an apartment for one more person than fixed beds, a fold out extra bed will be added. The rate is included in the total for guests over 6 years.
The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings are subject to individual assessment.
In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents).
A valid ID must be presented at check-in.

Το προσωπικό όταν τους υποβαλλαμε παράπονα 2 μέρες δεν αναλαμβάν τις ευθύνες τους σαν αντιπρόσωποι της εταιρείας να ζητήσουν έστω ένα συγνώμη και μας είπαν αν θέλουμε να γίνει επίλυση και ενημέρωση για τα παράπονα να πάμε στην χώρα μας που εκεί υπάρχει ενημέρωση , προσπαθούν να λύσουν τα παραπάνω και το προσωπικό αναλαμβάνει τις ευθύνες που ανάλογουν στην θέση τους ως εκπρόσωποι της εταιρείας σας.
It was spacious and close to Public transport which helped us move around easily.
The shower cubicle is very small and is not fully enclosed, so the water flows out .
The key collection place and the apartment is about 500 meters away and if someone arrives with big suitcases and late, it would be bit of trouble.

Geen ventilatie in de badkamer en het vinden van de parkeergarage was een probleem (wordt niet goed aangegeven).
obwohl die Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist, hat man die Züge nicht gehört, Oper, Hafen,.. sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar

Stor og fin leilighet. Rent overalt. Utstyrt med det vi trengte. Sentrumsnært. Hyggelig,hjelpsomt og tilgjengelig personale. Absolutt å anbefale.
Det luktet kloakk på badet. Det ble bedre etter dusjing. Kan hjelpe å bruke vaskemaskinen. Mulig slukene er tørre.

Location was great!
Photos on booking are way different than what the apartment really is. That was a little disappointing. Although for my purpose of stay it went fine, but I think the photos should be updated. I also think that for an 8 day stay, one should get more than 2 towels, which was also a bit disappointing. Despite these 2 things the rest was fair for the money.
