Payment is due 14 days before arrival, with our secure payment link sent via email.

Check-in and key collection takes place at Schweigaardsgate 15B, 0191 Oslo. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights.

Final cleaning is included for all stays.

Parking is available for an extra fee.

The maximum height to enter the car park is 6.6 feet high.

If you book an apartment for one more person than fixed beds, a fold out extra bed will be added. The rate is included in the total for guests over 6 years.

The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings are subject to individual assessment.

In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents).

The apartment had a nice view and was calm. Well situated close to the main station.

Cons:

The apartment was not cleaned in the 4 days we were there, we had only 3 towels. The dishwasher was not emptied before. The bedroom was very small in a strange cut that you had to leave the room to walk on the other side of the bed. The shower had a very unconvient swinging door so the bathroom became all the time wet. There was no soap in the bathroom. In general the apartment looked nice on the first glance but staying there longer was not conveinent for us.

Simple and easy apartment stay in oslo
Pros:

Good size apartment and nicely decorated

Cons:

Bathroom floods when using the shower as there is no seal to prevent water from coming under the shower door, this is the only notable thing that needs improving.

Staff disponibile - abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza appena arrivati e comunque l'abbiamo risolta velocemente.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto due problemi.
1. cuscini praticamente inesistenti, troppo piatti, sono stati 4 giorni non buoni per la qualità del sonno.
2. Problema con il forno. Saltava corrente - non è stato possibile cucinare.

Good location, good value
Pros:

My apartment was in a great location very close to the railway station and within walking distance of the main sights. It was quite well equipped and fairly comfortable. Very good value compared to other places in the centre of Oslo.

Cons:

There was a weird smell in the apartment which I could never get rid of despite leaving the windows open, which in itself was not ideal at temperatures of -8C. One time I discovered a cockroach wandering around in the kitchen cupboard. I know it can happen anywhere and seemed to be an isolated incident, but disconcerting all the same.

The big lamp in the living room didn’t work which made it very dark and hard to see what I was doing when preparing food. The central heating was inadequate and although there were fan heaters, one of them made a very loud clunking noise when used.

My request for an early check-in was ignored. The staff member said she would call me when the apartment was ready but didn’t. The young guy I eventually dealt with wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful.
