A nice clean single dwelling on a spacious piece of land. A nice deck to relax on.
Pros:

Short walk to the supermarket, bars, restaurants, cafes. Close to a short walk up to an old pa site which had fantastic views of the surrounding area.

Immaculate apartment. From the most comfortable bed (ultra clean linen) to the kitchen facilities (dishwasher included), extras included like condiments (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc) lounge to the bathroom (cleaning products included). And private parking.

Great location!

Cons:

Unfortunately the blinds in the master bedroom downstairs did not come down or close. My partner and I were trying to figure it out for about an hour then had to resort to sleeping in the other room with the seperate beds because we needed the blinds to be able to close.
