Magnificent views, Roaring log fires, Luxurious spa bath
Pros:

First off, we arrived in the dark and it was a pleasant surprise to find the house number lit at the roadside. The house was quite cold but there were 3 (three!) fireplaces with ample wood, kindling and firestarting materials. The bed and bedding were comfortable and thick/thin pillows were a plus. The view from the patio and birdsong in the morning were wonderful - great place to sit for breakfast. The outdoor spa was heaven and in perfect condition. The Bose sound system and choice of music was appreciated. All in all this was a terrific place to stay.

Cons:

Nothing could detract from the wonderful stay we had.

Beautiful cottage close to the driving creek railway

The location was perfect. There was a bay/garden view from each window.

The shower was a bit unpredictable - it can get very hot or very cold quickly.

Great stay, great location.
Host was super responsive and so nice - really appreciated that.

Cons:

We got a bit itchy from beds - not sure how or why.
Sofa bed a bit dusty.
BBQ quite dirty and dusty.

Appartement calme avec point de vue pittoresque

La chambre a une très belle vue sur la baie. L'appartement est charmant et bien équipé.

Cons:

Je n'avais pas reçu les informations pour le "self check in" et aucun membre du personnel de réception n'était disponible à mon arrivée. J'ai donc du louer une autre chambre, ailleurs, dans un autre hôtel. Je me suis trouvée à payer deux fois pour cette nuit. Aucun remboursement ne m'a été proposé.

Loved the location, clean, comfortable accommodation. A longer stay would have been great.

Quiet, cosy, great for 2 friends, or family of 4.

Cons:

Heating worked for one night only, then showed “error” on panel of Unit, on 2nd night.

An ideal place to unwind
Pros:

Peaceful location with beautiful views across the bay. Beach was across the road and a pleasant place for a morning or evening stroll. Very well equipped kitchen which is essential for us. Beds comfy, plenty space for the two of us and the deck and the large window in the living area meant we could look over the water at all times of day. Easy parking.

Perfect location in the town of Coromandel
Pros:

This is a wee oasis in the town of Coromandel. Perfect spot for walking the town and exploring areas in and around Coromandel town. Very well appointed and comfortable.

Cons:

Be careful in the shower as the tiles are slippery when wet. Make sure you find and use the nonslip pad.
