Pros:

Staff is helpful and ready to help but the hotel needs severe renovations
Peacefull and quiet
Very near the beach

Cons:

Hotel last renewal was 20 years ago, it needs a refresh, room shows a lot of ware and hotel facilities are in bad shape, only one lift working, pool jacuzzi does not work, like the sauna and steam room.

A localização era ótima, hotel familiar e a piscina também.

Cons:

Houve alguns problemas com a limpeza e funcionamento da casa de banho e mudamos 3x.
Estávamos com a expectativa que a vista iria ser mais bonita porém ficamos nos quartos mais baixos… o que não aconselho.
Há muita coisa que o hotel tem de melhorar.
As expectativas eram elevadas, porém não foram correspondidas.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación,muy cerca del mar,y las instalaciones de piscinas etc

Cons:

No me gustó el apartamento asignado.
Por el precio que pagué por una noche,no tenía vistas,el baño era anticuado,el sillón era algo incómodo y la televisión no era smart TV por lo que no pudimos ver nada ,ya que viajamos desde España y no entendíamos el portugués.Esperaba algo más moderno.

Decepção

Recepção todos os dias pedi para arranjar o telefone não o fizeram
Tudo muito pouco cuidado....limpo ...velho....elevador apenas 1 funcionava
Paguei pequeno almoço como se fosse bufet quando apenas pedi 1 torrada ( completamente queimada) e 1 cha quando fui pagar disseram. Me que o valor mencionado na recepção como total não deveria ser o.mesmo porque eu fui buscar para levar para o quarto apenas estas 2 coisas logo devia ser inferior
Recepção muito perdida parecem não estar seguros do que dizem
Pedi toalhas lavadas e limpeza quase desisti até disse eu venho buscar a recepção se dá assim tanto trabalho limpeza nada
