Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului, relativ mai izolata , fara zgomot mare, fara aglomeratia specifica unei locatii catre centrul statiunii.
Apartamentul de familie este generos ca spatiu, confortabil, placut, cu vedere superba catre munti.

Amabilitatea si profesionalismul doamnei si domnului de la receptie. Un comportament deosebit de binevoitor si elegant, cu dorinta reala de a veni in intampinarea eventualelor probleme aparute accidental in timpul sejurului.

Cons:

Ceea ce nu ne-a placut deloc a fost Micul dejun. In fiecare dimineata, indiferent ca stai 4 zile (cum am stat noi) sau 2 zile sau o vacanta intreaga, primesti aceeasi farfurie, absolut identica, cu aceeasi omleta si aceleasi cateva alte ingrediente. Nu exista nicio variatie de la o zi la alta. Cu dificultate, in ultima zi, am putut obtine modificarea cu doua oua ochiuri in loc de aceeasi omleta din doua oua, desi mai avusesem incercari anterioare.
Evident se merge pe o minimizare optimizata a costurilor din partea proprietatii, dar ar trebui sa se tina cont si de feedbackul primit din partea celor care platesc suficient pentru o sedere la acest hotel.
