Pros:

The room was very large with a large balcony, spacious and clean, everything is new and beautifully decorated. The shower is also spacious and there are towel racks. The staff is very kind.

Cons:

The mattress was a little hard for me. The shower did not have consumables such as a shower cap and cleaning kit, I expect them to be in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is very basic, each diner is served a plate with a few vegetables, yellow cheese, Bulgarian cheese and sausage and an egg (to their credit, I asked for more tomatoes on the second morning and got them). The buffet has: slices of regular bread of 2 types, cups of regular yogurt, butter, chocolate and jam for spreading, only one type of regular cornflakes, small cookies with jam (looks handmade - delicious) and a coffee machine with only regular milk and the option to make several types of tea. That's it! Again, I expect a 4-star hotel to invest a little more. Maybe for others it's enough for me, but not for me, especially since the night before I stayed in a 3-star hotel and there were all the basic things I mentioned.

Recomand cu tot dragul!
Pros:

Pozitionarea frumoasa si apartamentele spatioase.
Personalul politicos.
Mic dejun foarte bun.
Apartamentele sunt mari.

Cons:

Nu mi-a displacut nimic, doar cateva idei pentru viitoare imbunatatiri:

Daca se poate mai mult decat un singur sul de hartie igienica la baie.
Baia de la etajul 1 (camera 104) avea un miros usor ciudel, probabil probleme la aerisire.
Un aparat de cafea in camera cu 2-3 capsule, deasemenea 2-3 plicuri cu ceaiuri n-ar strica.

Sugestie (mai ales vara): Ar fi dragut o sticla cu apa in frigider, oricine ajunge este însetat si pica foarte frumos si elegant daca are posibilitatea de a se hidrata.

מיקום טוב, הנוף מהחלון היה כמו בגלויה. החדר גדול ומרווח. הצוות היה אדיב והיה הרבה מקום חניה בחינם.

Cons:

המזגן לא עובד על קירור
הארוחת בוקר מוגשת על ידי המארחת ולכן למי שלא אוכל בשר יש לציין בפניה לפני.

Un aparthotel foarte bun
Pros:

Camerele sunt foarte mari, iar bucătăria în cameră este bine venită. Staff-ul e rezonabil de amabil și de ajutor.

Cons:

Nu prea sunt locuri de mâncat în zonă, fiind de fapt un singur restaurant în apropiere.

Locatia,personalul,si toate serviciile excelente!
Camera spatioasa si curata cu vedere la padure,se auzeau pasarile si fosnetul frunzelor foarte linistitor.
Fata mea a fost incantata de cazare in special de spatiul dintre pat si perete a zis ca este o camera secreta!

Multumim Hotel Regal,cu siguranta o sa mai revenim pe viitor!

Cons:

Nu pot sa zic exact ca nu mi-a placut,era bine ca era caldura in camera,dar la 27 era putin prea mult si nu reuseam sa dau putin mai jos temperatura de la termostat ca revenea la 27 iarasi..
