Great Place
Pros:

Perfect location if you are traveling by car. You can hit the main roads in less than 10 minutes walking.

Clean, good location, private parking, quiet place to stay in Ljubljana.
Pros:

The property was a good location for us to walk to the center of the city. The apartment was very clean and modern. It was very quiet at night so we had a good night’s sleep. They had good private parking. They were kind and let us park early when we arrived and also until 2 pm the day we left.

Pros:

Perfect location, beasy to find and good parking spot. Very easy communication with the accomodation and easy self check-in. Beautiful house and design of the interior. Nice big bathroom. Well equiped kitchen corner.

Cons:

Sleeping area was very small, the roof was low. Also steep stairs in the apartment..

Perfect lay over in Ljubljana. Comms from the property was superb and it’s just a short walk from the charming city cent

Pros:

Parcheggio privato, chiuso da un cancello e adiacente all'hotel. Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta. Prezzo nella media di una grande città europea. L'appartamento piccolo ma con tutto l'occorrente. Posizione perfetta in un bel quartiere tranquillo, a due passi dal fiume e dal centro.

Cons:

Tutto bene, l'unica cosa da tenere a mente è che non c'è ascensore e, perlomeno per l'appartamento che ci ha ospitati, il letto è su un soppalco con una scala molto ripida. Il letto inoltre è tipo futon, cioè rasoterra. Quindi chi ha problemi di mobilità (anziani etc) è bene che si informi prima.
Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo ma non è adatto a tutti.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

We had a great stay! Our room was very clean, modern and within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
There are also supermarkets, cafés and other useful shops just a short walk away. The room was stocked with bottles of water and beers, which was a nice welcome.

The property offers free parking and the owner kindly allowed us to leave our car there for a few hours after check-out, which we really appreciated. Communication with him was excellent—he was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Before our arrival, he also sent us a detailed guide of Ljubljana with recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and useful tips, which made planning our trip much easier.

We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Kellerzimmer mir Lichtschacht

Cons:

Statt eines Premium-Appartements hat es sich um ein Kellerzimmer gehandelt. Die Terasse mit Gartenblick war ein Lichtschacht. Der sogenannte Gartenblick war Kunstrasen, der an die Schachtwände geklebt war.
Der beworbene Schallschutz hat auch nicht funktioniert.
Wir sind ausgezogen haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.
