The apartment is near the Impact, at about 7 minutes walking distance, and that’s good if you have any business to do there. Moreover the entrance of the building is right in front of a very good supermarket open 24/7 and a great food court inside the same mini mall. The room was clean and insulated from the noise outside. The host and his staff are very amicable and open to support for any request (you just ask him by WhatsApp and he sends his staff to you). The room is basic in its furniture, but you have all you need, even for a week long stay. I recommend it as a cheap solution for any business you might have at the impact.

Booking.com listing is misleading as they have one common washroom not a private bathroom, and they were ready to shift the rooms.

Difficult to find and complicated check in. 1000 baht deposit required in cash which isn’t communicated before. Bathroom floods within seconds of switching the shower on
It's super close to Impact Arena, so it's convenient for people who want to attend concerts. There are shops, markets, and malls around, so you won't starve. There are soaps and dishwashing liquid.
The water heater is kinda weak. I don't think the water is hot enough. Luckily, the weather is hot. Also, I can't connect to the wifi.
Condo ngay gần Impact chỉ cần khoảng 10p đi bộ là tới, xung quanh có trung tâm thương main phức hợp rất nhiều thức ăn vơia giá cả phải chăng , căn hộ sạch sẽ đầy đủ tiện nghi từ đồ đung nấu nướng . Can hộ còn được trang bị thêm bàn là ủi , tôi thấy rất tiện nghi và hài lòng vì trải nghiệm nghỉ tại đây trong 6 đêm. Tôi sẽ giới thiệu căn hộ này đến bạn bè , đáng để trải nghiệm

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Bett war super, Bad war auch ok. Super Laufdistanz zur Impact Arena/Hall, ca. 15 Minuten.
Die Gegend ist sehr abgelegen von Bangkok. Transport per Taxi ist am besten über Bolt oder Grab, so weiß man den Preis im Voraus. Der Vermieter verlangt einen Deposit von 1000 Bhat in bar, hatte ich überlesen. Das wäre digital einfacher.
Es ist eine gute Unterkunft wenn man etwas günstiges braucht während Messe.
