The unit itself was spacious. City view. Secure parking.
Everything about this stay was a bit off. Series steps to jump through, starting with multiple contact phone numbers changing, waiting almost an hour for someone to meet and deliver access keys, poor communication, the unit is in need of being remodeled (carpet & wall stains/one bath towel provided per bathroom/furniture worn). No communication given how to check out, even after asking…still no reply.
The location was excellent, it was very comfortable for my family and I. Erick is a very nice person and is very communicative. The beds were comfortable and big. The parking is also great. The balcony also has a great view of the city, so thats another plus. Highly recommended.
The only thing that I disliked was that the mattress in the master bedroom made a lot of noise. Anytime i moved it made a squeaky noise.

Good location, clean apartment, and nice furnishings. Unfortunately, our stay was disturbed by a neighbor who apparently does not like guests. At around 12:30 a.m., he repeatedly banged on our door for over 20 minutes and made threatening remarks. We were afraid to open the door, and the situation eventually had to be resolved by the police. The neighbor accused us of making excessive noise, which was not true—I was already asleep at that time. It’s a shame, as the apartment itself was very nice, but this incident made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
Everything was great. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay — everything was perfect and very pleasant.
Great location right near a grocery store and beverage shop. Very close to Metro Station at Wilshire and La Brea walking distance to Lacma, republique and many other shops and restaurants. we stayed here with my family, my two young children and my husband and had a lot of space very comfortable. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. Everyone felt very comfortable and it was very easy to get in and out of the apartment the free parking was a nice plus as well. we use the pool and hot tub. Several times was very fun although it was not very hot in LA at the time.
I would recommend changing the image in the post because it is not in the exact location of where the apartment is. It was difficult to understand exactly where the location was prior to booking it, but we are very happy with the location in the end.
