Cons:

The AC in their room 710 is not cooling and have unwanted sound but it's already late at night that's why I didn't complain anymore...then during check out time they check first the room before they allow me to check out ....during checking they found a small black color stain in their towel...they charge me 30 QR because of that small stain...which is not came from us....I explain to the guy from the reception but he didn't accept my explanation they still charge me 30Qr and I pay it ...just to allow me to check out....I'm not happy for what happens.... because I know that the small black stain in their towel is not came from us, because I ask my partner she said she didn't use black make up and she doesn't have black make up

I don't like room kitchen and there is no microwave last time and the mattress is not in good condition I can feel the spring of mattress and Iam a regular customer you can check my past booking everytime I take the room 11 or 01 series but now it's been last 3 booking everyone who stay in reception they always rejected to giving 11 and 01 series but i have stay everytime in 11 and 01 series it's not fair there is no option in booking.com and la villa apps where I can book those rooms it's not fair you should give that rooms when I've booked your hotel room it's your fault why those rooms are not available and asking for extra money if need those room so it's not fair I will see in my next booking I want those rooms it should be available at same price that's not fair.

Not as impressed as I had thought.
Pros:

The location was central and accessible.

Cons:

The infrastructure is quite dilapidated and old. Things like the air-conditioning and kitchen systems are not fully function.
The room AC is not working.
The underground car park access is so narrow it presents an obstacle course and risk to vehicle.
