Apartments are good, but doesn't worth the price paid for it. Was cold and smells like in hospital.
Pros:

Quick check-in/out, fresh bedding, bathroom amenities available and good. Security exists.

Cons:

It was cold inside and smell like in hospital. One keys for electric doors so I needed to call my wife to open the door.
It was unclear how to enter the 2nd floor since the security guy said to us that we should call the ORION to open the door for us. Finally we just entered with somebody.
Also, there are nowhere to leave a car - everything booked by locals. Since my friends are living there also, they helped me to find a park place in the closed parking building (why isn't it an option for everyone?)

Cons:

Не было электричества и горячей воды.
Я понимаю, что это у всех централизованно, но это не квартира, гостиница! Могли бы приобрести и экофло, как было в других гостиницах, где мы проживали
