Un posto poco sicuro

La zona.

Cons:

C'è stato un episodio che ha completamente rovinato le nostre vacanze, il secondo giorno qualcuno ha rubato un costume e scarpe stese fuori ad asciugare, abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria l' accaduto e lei si è limitata a dire che avrebbe sporto denuncia senza minimamente garantire la sicurezza degli ospiti, non ci sono telecamere, il cancello è aperto H24 ed è semplicissimo fornire una chiave per appartamento e tenere il cancello chiuso; alle nostre rimostranze la proprietaria ci ha suggerito di cambiare struttura visto che non ci sentivamo sicuri. Ovviamente non era fattibile con una settimana bagagli e bambini... Cosa ha fatto a questo punto la proprietaria? Ha telefonato lei booking dicendo che dovevamo andare via perché avevamo violato delle regole e non potevamo più restare lì, cioè noi subiamo un furto e lei ci butta anche fuori? Ovviamente booking ci ha fatto restare e ci ha anche dato un buono da utilizzare per i futuri viaggi come indennizzo, ma dico siamo seri?

Five-star host but small apartment
Pros:

The apartment was spotless and perfectly located, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Ria was a wonderful host—incredibly attentive and always quick to answer our questions. Thank you, Ria!

Cons:

On the downside, the apartment is quite compact, and the kitchen amenities are very basic. The refrigerator is mini-bar-sized, and there is a noticeable lack of seating space inside the unit.

Un concediu reusit.
Pros:

Este o locatie foarte buna in raport de pretul platit.Maria,administratorul pensiunii este foarte ok,foarte prietenoasa si raspundea la mesaje in maxim 5 minute.Pensiunea este la 5 minute de mers pe jos de plaja,de taverne,alte magazine si de rent a car.Plaja si apa bune,in special pentru cei cu copii,cu intrare lenta in apa.Totusi cu specificatia ca administratorul plajei nu se ingrijea de stransul algelor de pe plaja.Pretul pentru un sezlong 3 eur/zi.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, l’appartamento ha tutto l’essenziale e un terrazzino grazioso dove rilassarsi vista giardino.

Tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno, molto pulito, bel terrazzo, parcheggio comodo e soprattutto Ria gentilissima e disponibile

We arrived very late in the night but it wasnt a problem as they gave us clear instructions to get in our apartment,cleaners especially the lady with Blonde hair was very professional and nice.

Apartment was in a great location if your looking for somewhere just to sleep this is a great choice.

A fabulous trip to Roda. In the perfect little apartment for the beach
Pros:

Wonderful location. Beautiful settings, the garden and flowers stunning. Ria was in constant reach and easy to get hold of. Made sure we’d arrived and were settled.
Rooms always beautifully made up and tidy.
