Het uitzicht , op loop afstand van de boulevard en een vriendelijke zeer behulpzame gastheer Georgios
Excellent location. Close to village centre but away from any noise. Good location for getting anywhere on the island and studio itself was clean and comfortable with alot of thought for cups, glasses, crockery etc (even an iron and small ironing board!) A full size fridge is also there for all the cold drinks you'll want!
Loved the balcony, the views were gorgeous looking out across the sea and watching the boats, big and small, come in. Air con is included but we didn't really use it as the balcony has lockable louvered doors and the front door has cute openings with bars to allow the breeze in.
Also plenty of room to park a hire car.

It’s a lovely studio, we were made to feel very welcome.
It has a kitchen with two rings to cook on, and also a table and chairs.
Bed is very comfortable and bedroom a good size with lovely white bedding and towels and air conditioning
Shower is very powerful and water always hot in the property.
Outside our studio had a huge patio so we were able to move round to find shade from the sun.
The view is exceptional, we could see the mountains and the sea, watched the ferries coming and going and enjoyed the yachts sailing in and out of the harbour.
The cafes and bakeries are 200 yards to the left of Princes Studio and there is a lovely beach 200 yards to the right!

Beautiful view from the terrace, just about 300m do central promenade. There was also an iron, hairdryer and moka pot at the appartment, all was nice and clean, big parking place. Thank you for very nice stay.

Clean pleasant apartment with great sea views
Hervorragende Lage: zentral und ruhig. Gute Parkmöglichkeit.
Kochbereich zu klein zum Kochen
Wij zaten in Skye (begane grond aan de zijkant van het pand)
Het is een prachtige locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum en parkeren voor de deur.
De patio die je tot je beschikking had was heerlijk privé door de grote parasol.
En een prachtig uitzicht.
De kamer was ruim en dito koelkast.
Je kunt er koken als je wilt, hebben wij niet gedaan.
Wel ontbeten op de patio, wat een heerlijke start van de dag was.
De airco was alleen met aan/uit te bedienen.
De ventilator en temperatuur was niet te bedienen wat resulteerde in dat de temperatuur in de kamer niet onder de 24°C zakt.
Erg warm voor een nacht in onze optiek.
Anders dan dit was het een prima verblijf.
Sijainti on mahtava ja merinäköala kuten kuvissa. Palveluiden pariin sopiva kävelymatka ja satamasta pääsee useammalle eri saarelle. Todella siisti pieni studio. Omistajalla on ihania kissoja. Pieni kylpyhuone ja suihku, itse tykkäsin. Vanha mutta toimiva ilmastointi, pesuaineet, astiat jne. löytyi.
Parveke oli muuten mahtava mutta aurinkovarjon alla oli ikävä yllätys: ampiaispesä. No, kun heitä ei häirinnyt niin yhteiselo sujui. Naapurien äänet kuuluvat liian paljon. Huone kaipaisi mikroa ja uutta vedenkeitintä. Wifi ei käytännössä toiminut (iso harmi) mutta saarella on hyvä 5G.

Comfortable bed, nice quiet location outside of the town with a reasonable size balcony and good view. The owner has a number of cats but they never attempted to come in the room. The shower was lovely and hot and no curtain to fight with. There is a kettle to make hot drinks but no other cooking facilities. Our room was the only one upstairs and I don't know if the downstairs rooms were any better as they may have been bigger. There was a very good bar that did small meals and snacks just off the beach and 5 minutes from the accommodation. We also walked about 30 minutes right along the front to the next beach along the bay which was bigger and had more room for sitting out and had a very well stocked beach bar. The town had a good range of restaurants and there were places to hire day boats to take out and various day trip boats to the nearby island of Ithaca with swim stops and time on the island for lunch and souvenir shopping. The town is not noisy and we found it perfect for us.
There was no sink for washing up, we had to wash up in the bathroom sink, which was awkward. There was crockery and cutlery but no cooking facilities at all which didn't matter to us but could be important for others. The room was up a steep driveway and then upstairs so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was also on the edge of town with a 5 minute walk alongside a road down a bit of a hill so you had to watch for traffic to get to the small stony beach. The walk into town was about 10 minutes where there was a good variety of restaurants along the seafront and a well stocked supermarket about 15/20 minutes walk.
