Braga 🫶🫶

Leuke appartementje

Cons:

De airco maakt veel lawaai in de slaapkamer. Als je de airco uitzet, lijkt het alsof het plafond naar beneden komt. Daardoor heb ik helemaal niet goed kunnen slapen.

Je voelt je een beetje opgesloten in het appartement. Er zijn slechts twee kleine ramen in de woonkamer die niet goed open kunnen. Het uitzicht bestaat alleen uit de daken van de andere appartementen. Er is geen balkon of terras waar je rustig buiten kunt zitten.

In het weekend ging er ergens op de begane grond een alarm af. Het was een heel vervelend geluid. We hebben ongeveer 15 minuten gewacht, maar er kwam niemand om te helpen. Ik heb een video opgenomen en die via WhatsApp doorgestuurd. Op die manier heb ik hulp ingeschakeld.

We waren erg bezorgd en angstig, waardoor we uiteindelijk naar buiten zijn gegaan.

We werden twee dagen achter elkaar vroeg in de ochtend (rond 7.00 uur) wakker door het geluid van allerlei machines van bouwvakkers die op het dak naast ons appartement aan het werk waren.

Spacious spot to visit a charming city.
Pros:

Central location and huge apartment all upgraded and elevator to third floor was nice

Cons:

Some confusion about wifi code and lack of communication from central staff ( local rep was kind and apologetic about Wifi code confusion)

Refreshing and luxurious hidden gem.
Pros:

Beautiful, luxurious, clean and great location.

Cons:

The shower area would overflow because the lip was too shallow. Would be nice to have a little wall to prevent water from flowing to the rest of the bathroom floor.

Pros:

Parfaite localisation dans le centre de Braga avec parking à proximité. Très propre et à la décoration soignée. Check in super efficace : aucune clé mais uniquement des digicodes.

Cons:

Un petit pack d’accueil avec quelques capsules de café, du sucre, du sel et du poivre serait appréciable.

You could not find a better place to stay in the heart of Braga
Pros:

The location was just perfect right in the heart of Brock city. You could walk to everything and there was plenty available to walk to. Just outside the Door cafés restaurants shopping grocery store. It was really an excellent location.

Cons:

It’s a double bed, comfortable, but we’re a bit more used to a larger queen size bed. Small detail.

Good stay overall, but sort out the bathroom.
Pros:

Clean, well-equipped, and in a great spot — pedestrianised central Braga, so no traffic noise. There's construction next door but we didn't hear a thing.

Cons:

Two bathroom issues let it down. First, there's no bidet or shower toilet — a real omission in Portugal where it's standard and, frankly, expected. Second, the tiles outside the shower aren't angled toward the drain, so water spreads across the floor every time — we had to dam it with towels (thankfully there was a dryer). The bedroom door also opens directly onto the bed, making the bedside table awkward to reach.
